Todd Randolph

I typically do not write reviews, but i felt really compelled to do so for Dr. Todd!
He is one of the nicest, kindest, most professional and just hands down BEST doctors i have met in my entire life.
I was lucky enough to be referred to him by Dr. Dolman.
At the time i was shopping around for a doctor to do an implant. A few years back I unfortunately had very bad dentist who has done a poor job on a root canal, which needed to be retreated. Many doctors i have seen kept pushing me to do an implant saying that itwas the only way. I was not sold on it and kept getting opinions. Somehow by a total miracle and the grace of God, i came across another exceptional Doctor– Dr. Dolman (he is an oral surgeon specializing in implants). He told me that he did not think that an implant was a way to go (Thank you for your honesty Dr. Dolman!!! so many other money hungry doctors kept telling me otherwise!!!) and that i should see Dr. Todd who specializes in root canal re-​treatments to see if he can help me.
AT first i hesitated, since i learned that Dr. Todd did not accept my insurance but after speaking on the phone to his secretary (Vanessa) and getting some questions answered, something inside of me told me that i should go see him. i was right and he SO WAS WORTH the money x 1 000 000 000 000!!!
I was put at such ease there (and im a nervous wreck when it comes to this stuff) and he made me feel so comfortable and the procedure itself was pain free. I did not feel a thing!!! His staff is pretty amazing too, Vanessa (the receptionist) is such a sweetheart and always a pleasure to speak to! I cannot say enough good things about him, he is one of a kind and i am so lucky and thankful to have met him. He saved my tooth and truly showed that good doctors do exist in this city! Thank you Dr. Todd for being So exceptionally AMAZING!!!

I was VERY lucky that my dentist (Dr. Jerold Feldman — LOVE him!) sent me to Dr. Todd for my root canal. He is the Rolls Royce of Endodontists. (A word I didn’t know until I saw him.) He and his staff could not have been more friendly and awesome. They completely put me at ease, and took such good care of me. (The office is lovely too.)
After my initial consultation, I knew he was the right man for me. When I told him, «My main concern is that I don’t want to feel any pain.» He said, «I promise you. You won’t feel ANY pain.» And he was right. Mind you my root canal was a very rare, complex type that took two appointments to treat, yet it was still was completely pain free. COMPLETELY. I know that root canals have gotten a bad name. But it’s from people who haven’t had them done by doctors like Dr. Todd.
If you’re in New York City, or can get here easily — by car, train, bus … (helicopter!) … don’t let anyone else do this kind of work on you. Go to Dr. Todd. You will thank yourself for it.
PS Dr. Todd has me come back for frequent check-​ins to make sure the structure of the root canal is holding. So his follow-​up care is amazing. And his staff and Dr. Todd always remember me.
