I never show up empty handed to an apartment invite, and a bottle of wine is the best present. This place has a great selection of wine at every price level. I have even found a couple new favorites here. They guys here are really helpful and I’ve never had an issue. v

I asked the manager /​owner for recs on a Rioja and then on a bottle of Brandy. He recommended the third most expensive Rioja and the single most expensive Brandy. I bought both. And both were honestly terrible. The brandy tasted like tequila. I even mentioned that the color looked off and he said ‘no, it’s just the bottle’ (it wasn’t). The Rioja was flat and overpriced.
On top of all this, the prices here are more expensive than other liquor stores in the area. What a disappointment.
