TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Who serves Aunt Butchie’s Pumpkin Cheesecake FROZEN, as hard as a ROCK, and that taste SOUR… When I asked for my refund the cashier says NO because I took a piece off that I spit out because it tasted sour and IT WAS FROZEN. It almost broke the plastic fork it was so hard. So after going back and forth for 15 minutes, she finally gave me a refund.
They also use AMERICAN CHEESE on their Cheese Steaks… But the picture displayed shows mozzarella…
HORRIBLE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!

They delivered my pasta with the wrong sauce, so when I called to notify them for the mistake, they tell me that they can’t replace my order. It was their mistake and they refuse to correct it. Terrible customer service and business practice. 2 of my other coworkers got the wrong order too.

Food is decent but the register lady is SO RUDE to customers. I would not recommend or return based on the principle that they should not be rude to their customers. Shouting and then ignoring them. Unreal. And very uncomfortable to be in there.

5 stars for great service and flexibility. I am happy to review this place, as they deserve more recognition in the community. Consistently fast chinese and american food. Tables to sit and eat. Good prices. Clean. && they deliver. It may be a stretch but Im giving them 5stars for effort, professionalism, and consistency.
My only recommendation is to add more lighting inside the restaurant and store the delivery bikes outside instead of walking them through the front door.

Very good Chinese food. Extremely inexpensive and big portions. Don’t be thrown off by the silly name (they don’t serve steak and it’s not in Philadelphia, so the «hoagie» name is senseless). They have two menus, a Chinese menu and a random other menu… I usually stick with the Chinese food. Definitely a great spot to grab a quick, cheap lunch!

$ 7 is the minimum for delivery… They have a good variety of food. I like their Italian style pasta dishes even though their Chinese food is tasty. If you dine here make sure you look at both menus unless you know you want Chinese!?!

Should be 3.5 really. I think this place has an edge over all the other local Chinese food spots, since the kitchen is clean and the food does not drip through the Styrofoam container with grease. I have to say, taking into account the location, I think that the prices are a little higher than they should be and you can tell it prevents locals from embracing this place. A shame really, the food is better than the competition, MUCH better, and the neighborhood should know this! Order something for lunch, you probably wont be disappointed.

Holy flippin mother of yum!!!
This chinese food joint is GREAT! I mean friggin GREAT! I highly reccomend the combination rice, for which you don’t have to order anything else, like a side of meat, because it comes with a lot of everything– pork, beef, shrimp. Mmmmm!!!
A tad bit pricey for chinese, but its so damn good it’s well worth it. Their spare ribs are great too… mmmmmmm!!!

Steaks & Hoagies is my go-​to menu when I am too lazy to cook, want something simple and fatty (like a sandwich, fries and Coke) and have no money. I’ve ordered the philly cheesesteak and the turkey blt wrap, both of which were mediocre, but honestly, it gets the job done. It’s true — they have a separate Chinese food menu, and I’ve ordered the sweet and sour chicken which was satiating, but less than thrilling. I will say, however, they have big portions considering their prices.

I can’t believe I didn’t review this place yet. Been going here for YEARS. I order for delivery, I order for take out. It’s cheap and tasty. I am a regular fan of their cajun grilled chicken salad and at $ 6.50, you get this huge salad with a healthy and huge portion of char-​broiled chicken with tomato and cucumber on a bed of romaine. I also have ordered their burgers, they are quite messy though and not huge on the meat, but good nonetheless. They also double as a Chinese restaurant. Can’t comment on that as I don’t eat Chinese food, but their grilled foods are quite yummy and quickly prepared. Of course, I’ll return as I have been for years.
