The service was horrible ! The guy making the drinks gave me so much attitude and then laughed with another employee because he thought it was funny. On top of that he got my drink wrong he complained and rolled his eyes at me when I told him to do it over. This ruined my thoughts of this Starbucks location. I’d rather walk down the street to the other Starbucks where they treat you better.

I love this starbucks. It very cozy and spacious. Perfect place to just relax and catchup on work. The service here is also fast and the staff is friendly. They also open early til late. They also have plenty of outlets to charge your devices which is very convenient.

Worst service ever! I love Starbucks and this is a beautiful location however I went in with some family members visiting from town. They had an advertisement with the new holiday drinks, so my cousin ordered a gingerbread tea drink. The lady taking an order(a real sweetheart. Ha!) looked confused as hell and looked around. And we pointed at the sign. She replies«oh we don’t have those yet»… Ummmm why the f are you advertising it if you don’t even know what it is and aren’t offering it??? She then replies«you can have a pump of flavor instead” — so my cousin asked what flavors they had. Her irritation and demeanor with us was overall the worst. She was just a bitch to us… If you hate your job and aren’t friendly then just don’t work there!!! You are ruining our morning with your stank face. Ps our drinks were terrible, especially my chai tea latte. So disappointed. Good riddens!

Not really consistant; its hit or miss with this place, but its close to my job. Today, I ordered a Tall a Caramel Frappacino, they ruined it but Bill, the manager had my order fixed and upgraded me to a Venti.

Large one with plenty of seating. It’s also quiet on the weekends since it’s in FIDI. They tried to put whipped cream on my frap when I specifically said not to, but I watch the baristas like a hawk and stopped him mid whip ;-)

This Starbucks location is quiet large w/a lot of culture bringing vibes of 1971 w/outdoor light post models as seating. The downfall however, is the variation among the baristas where some are more knowledgeable of promotions and are actually friendly while others are not and seem like they checked out long before your order. I would def bump their ratings up if they their staff were better trained on customer service.

Completely redone and expanded after Hurricane Sandy, it’s easily the most elegant Starbucks in Manhattan. In fact, it’s the only one I’ve ever seen that actually has BOOTHS.(Unfortunately the booths don’t have electrical outlets, but, hey, you can’t have everything. They offer the full menu of «drinks» plus a Clover machine with at least four Reserve Coffees. Unfortunately, during the day there are often too many tourists since the NYSE is down the block. I just watched one try to pay for a cup of coffee with a $ 100 bill. Starbucks is not THAT expensive. :)

Love able to come here to do work with the massive amount of seating, outlets, and free wifi. Also nice to stay warm on cold days like these.

Alright, so for starters they spelt my name wrong. I didn’t tell them how to spell it but still, it pissed me off. Anyway. So I order a REDMANGO smoothie. The fuckin thing came out yellow. And that’s not the worst part, it tasted like bananas. I HATE bananas. All I wanted was two things, it to be red and it to taste like mangos, they fucked both of them up. Also the lady was like a total 4. 0⁄10 would not return.

I’ve been here before but I’d usually just get a cup of coffee and go. But this time, I stayed and must have spent something like 4 hours being here and doing all my computer-related business stuff. I could see the place gets so crowded but I could still get a space where I could do internet, writing, and thinking. I like its high ceiling more than anything else. It could have been the former lobby of this office building, but that’s just my imagination working now. The crowd’s a mix of students, office workers, bums, young looking people, and foreign language speaking people. What do you expect if you’re in this part of downtown? But I did enjoy myself. I’m sure I’ll be back.

This one is a Starbucks Reserve: upscale from other Starbucks. There is more, comfortable seating than in the average shop. The staff is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Some special coffees are available here that are not in the average Starbucks, but they are pricey. The place is very clean as are the restrooms. There are two long, dining style tables that make working while taking a coffee break easier. There are comfortable booths as well as small hassock-style seats. The music has been mellow each of the times I’ve been here. Typical pastry and sandwich selection. They even sell black Reserve coffee mugs. It’s a good financial district location. Wear a sweater because they keep the air conditioning on high and it can be quite chilly.

In comparison to most other Starbucks, this one wins the prize for the largest space. Spacious is an understatement when describing the seating area available. Seating includes tables and booths with a variety of styles to fit couples, groups, or solo people. I find outlets to be plentiful and easy to access for charging needs, a huge bonus. During peak times this place has a long line. My experience is that there are always enough baristas to move the line efficiently and I’m able to get my beverage in a timely manner. This Starbucks is centrally located in the Financial District and provides caffeine for all the working suits in the area. Motto should be: Caffeinate Me!

The inside of this Starbucks is huge and set up like a huge rail station. Unfortunately, the queue here is always long as the register folks are both inefficient and disorganized, as is the coffee pick up. Waiting here for your coffee is like waiting for your bus to arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal on a rainy day. It may arrive or you may end up waiting a really, really long time — likely the latter. By the time your coffee arrives, it tastes even better because you’ve waited so long. If you must have your Starbucks Venti Coffee, try another location.

I don’t think I’ve ever bothered to review a Starbucks before. It’s where I go when I have to get coffee and there are no other options. Or when I don’t have any money on me, but I have a loaded app on my phone to pay. But I have to say, the newly renovated space is impressive. I mean, this place was dark and dingy before and no one thought anything more about it. I would sometimes stand in line, cringing at the thought of the sticky floor under my shoes. And now it’s a whole new Starbucks. It’s clean and spacious, with booths and good lighting. So whether you crave the familiarity of your standby beverage, or you happen to be in the area and need a quick fix, this is one of the best Starbucks cafes to visit. Let’s hope that the shiny & new feeling stays for awhile.

Get there before 11 am! Monday morning we arrived around 11:30 am and the line was super long. It took us a good 20 mins to get our coffee. And the person taking the order was going through the motions… no eye contact, sorry for the wait, or even a smile. But I did get my soy latte at the end of it all and that’s what I needed!

This place has ridiculously long lines on weekdays. But I braved the lines in order to get my FREE Starbucks coffee on my birthday! Yay for a free, caffeinated birthday!
