Let’s break it down: Filthy Rude I was 81⁄2 months pregnant w a $ 5.00 frap in hand and they wouldn’t give me the code to their public restroom bc they no longer allow the public to use the restroom. Oh, and really slow and did I mention filthy. There’s another Starbucks a block down Broadway… go there!

Nice and chill every morning. Can get a little packed but the staff are really nice. It’s important to be greeted early in the morning with a smile. They have it.

Great customer service here… I ended up getting caught up and was late picking up my app order, they were kind enough to remake it for me when I arrived.

This Starbucks is the worst! Doesn’t even deserve a star. So SLOW. Every since they remodeled, this place crawls, super understaffed, and the ppl who do work there are incredibly slow to make matters worse. Don’t bother going here, service sucks big time! Go to the one on Worth Street!

Crowded as expected, lot of people waiting for their drinks. I just got a coffee so my order was quick. Coffee tasted as it always does as Starbucks

This Starbucks sucks! I couldn’t hold my frustration and I know I appeared rude in this place because they INSISTED that I purchased something to use their bathroom. And not only that. But they made me purchase it before I used the bathroom. Instead of believing that I would get something after I used the restroom. I found the staff obnoxious and annoying.

Absolutely most shocking experience ever have in a Starbucks Today I walked into this Starbucks. Since I really need to go to the restroom, I decided to wait in line for restroom first. I mean nobody in the right mind will wait in line to buy a drink with a full bladder. So I wait in line for like five minutes. When it is finally my turn, there is this lady, coming out of nowhere, just directly announced that you need a receipt to use this restroom. I explain I really really need to go and I will buy a drink afterward. This woman just say no and lock up the restroom right in front of me. I was so seriously pissed off that I did not buy a drink from them anyway. I mean yeah, I understand, they won’t want anyone passing by just use their restroom like it is a public property. But WHATISTHEPROBLEMOFPOSTING A DAMNANNOUNCEMENTONTHERESTROOMDOOR! You literally wasted everyone’s time waiting in line. Also where is the trust between people? I mean I dressed up properly, do I look like a guy who can not afford a $ 5 drink?

Service here sucks! Everyone on the morning crew moves extremely slow. They take their time doing everything else and put making drinks at the bottom of their lists. One barista in particular always seems as if he does not want to be at work and it’s extremely annoying because his service shows it. Terrible!

I’m taking back my stars, they’re no longer deserved. Before the recent remodel this location had top notch service. Management cared about customer service. Now service is just plain slow and understaffed. Average lines are between 10 – 12 people in the morning and the line moves slow. I’ve been late to work three times in the past two weeks because of the slow service here. Shame on me for coming back. Now I have to decide do I really want to try another Starbucks location in the area or is it time to give my business to their competitors.

Apparently you can not take pictures at this Starbucks. So I decided to sneak another in. This location attracts people from the downtown area. Many of whom work around City Hall. So they probably do not have a choice but to go for this one. Some people come here for business meetings and to finish deals. The atmosphere feels light, as opposed to feeling tense and anxious while in the office. Based on what I see, the barristas come across as having a chip on their shoulders. You feel their tension when more people come into this Starbucks. This location is relatively small. However, you can find seating in the back. The drinks taste decent. But those who prepare it need a lesson in customer service. Maybe Starbucks need to start doing that? I like Starbucks — But not this location.

Hit or miss… My drinks are not always prepared as ordered or similar to how it was previously prepared. For morning rush hour traffic, I believe they need more than 3 baristas behind the bar otherwise the line and wait becomes too long.

I ordered a mocha frappuccino with skim milk. After I got my order and drank it, ITWASSUPERSOUR! I complained to them about it. They redo my order with no charge, but was still sour! I ended up going to another Starbucks on Worth Street, 3 blocks away from this one, who served FRESHERMILKANDNOTEXPIREDMILK. Wasted my free drink reward at this Starbucks.

I go to starbucks almost every day, this location is closest to my job. Coffee always taste burnt. Also every time I go they never have the syrups in stock. Its the holiday season, I love the chestnut praline and the caramel brulee’, every time I go they say they are out. How do you have holiday specials but never have them? Staff is always very friendly and fast. Will definitely take my business to another starbucks location that has a full inventory of what they are supposed to have.

I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks(who hasn’t?) and this one ranks well down the list. Sure, most of them are crowded and we all know the barristas are not PhD’s, but the service here is remarkably bad. The staff consistently have a «oh man, am I tired» attitude while the line just snakes through this tiny space. Avoid this place, there are many other better options nearby.

Like: Accessible because it’s right on the street, fat service Don’t like: Small place, congested and crowded, no restrooms.

I have found a trend: The further south in Manhattan I go, the more surly and unnecessarily rude and /or lax the service is. Props for the extra level of seating, however. It made for a good place to catch a break from an quasi-unexpected summer downpour on my walk to grand jury duty. Otherwise, I’d go elsewhere.

This Bux definitely has the best employees and management around. It’s not really a Bux that you could sit and chat or have a POF first date, but it really works for to go. The employees always remember my name and my drink. They serve it up promptly and gracious and I love them for it. Tip* download the Starbucks App. It is really worth it!

So incredibly sweet was the male staff member who took care of me last week. Mister-great-staff-member: I don’t remember your name, but just wanted to say thank you for taking care of me so well! This is a great place if you need to meet up with someone to chat over business, read, catch-up and have good conversations over some good java/mixed drink/cupcake lollipops(these are soo good!).
