How many dunkin donuts workers does it take to ‘eff up your order?

Consistently, when I come here (no longer since my bagel affiliations lie elsewhere) I order very simple thing… like bagels… and creamcheese.
For example, last week I ordered a French Vanilla with skim/​2 Splenda and an everything bagel toasted with salmon creamcheese.
Is that difficult?
Apparently in Sneha’s world. Bish always gives me plain coffee no Splenda. Every. Single. Time.
Also, chomping into an everything bagel with strawberry creamcheese is the single worst feeling. Ever.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. The place NEVER EVER has any donuts or bagels or muffins… the coffee, hot chocolate or whatever else I get to drink never tastes good, the place is dirty, and the staff is rude and act like they have better things to be doing like the guy on his pink bluetooth… I stop in once in a while hoping that they have improved but they have not over the last 4 years they seem to have only declined. Now they aren’t even open 24 hrs but close at 9/​10ish.

When I stayed at an apartment for a week on 81st between 1st & York I used to eat here practically every night at 2 a.m. Man, I love Manhattan. Stuff is actually open past 10 p.m. I can’t remember the quality of the doughnuts here, but I remember the employees sucking.
