Not the best Starbucks I’ve been to, but not the worst either. My White Chocolate Mocha was a step below average Starbucks quality, but the staff were friendly and fairly quick at turning around my drink this morning. I visited around 7:30am, so there wasn’t a line.

Who manages this place? Consistently the worst Starbucks ever! Maybe they should just make this place a vending machine.

Slowest most aggravating Starbucks in the city. Don’t go in unless you have time to waste. No toppings kept next to the milk. I feel sorry for some of the workers because they do get some strange neighborhood characters coming in. No bathroom. Use the one at marshals

What is the gingerbread tea latte? No one seems to know. I’ve tried to order it with no success. This time I got a chai tea latte with some extra flavors. It’s under teavana tea but no one seems to know what it is or how to fulfill my request, but it’s on the menu!

The drinks never taste like any other starbucks. This location moves at a snails pace and is always filthy. The staff does not know its own merchandise, unpleasant and unapproachable. I intentionally avoid this location.

Although this location is much smaller than the one on Adam Clayton Powell(and hides all the cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. behind their counter) I the service is exponentially better… even when the lines are wrapped around the tiny store. Also, the nice(and obviously honest) woman behind the counter in the mornings will address you as «beautiful» as she takes your order. Does it get any better? Not the best work space, as there are only a few stools at the two small bars. Wouldn’t recommend doing anything here besides getting your coffee and leaving, but it’s better than the other nearby Starbucks locations.

Walked right in and placed my order with one person ahead of me but waited 25 minutes for a frappuccino? I had to go back to the cashier to ask if the barista forgot about me. Worst thing is watching people come and go while your still standing there. It was horrible.

Extremely small Starbucks, which leads to long lines because there’s space constraints. Very little seating, and some of the food in the fridge section when I went were expired. Some of the baristas are friendly, but the fact that this place is so small and not properly taken care of(kind of dirty, condiments area is very messy), it’s given 2 stars.

This starbucks has gotten better. The staff are friendly and quicker. And when the fridge was working, it was always stocked. They are learning and getting better.

Smallest Starbucks I have ever been in. Staff was nice enough & got me the drink I wanted; it’s also right near the subway station but this is definitely not the location you want to hang out in or will feel like relaxing in.

Although this is not the best Starbucks I have ever been to it is definitely not the worst. I agree they are understaffed the majority of the time. There is normally only one person making drinks and they could use another. I see alot of people complaining about the wait. HELLO! WELIVEINNYC. THEREISGOINGTOBE A WAITWHENEVERYONEWANTSCOFFEEANDITISRIGHTNEXTTO A SUBWAYSTATION I come to this versus the one on 125 and 7th because this is a community starbucks and portion of proceeds go towards certain organizations in Harlem. There are about 5 chairs at this location and they are normally all occupied by the same people DAYINANDDAYOUT. If you come here often you know EXACTLY what I am talking about. There are no electrical outlets at this location or public restrooms.

Glow: some of the baristas are friendly. Well the ones there in the mornings. They are great at remembering orders of regular customers. Sometimes that help with the wait process. Grows: If you’re an early morning chick like me. Don’t expect them to be open at 6am. Try getting there around 6:30am. It’s never open on-time. Like most Harlem businesses loiters get comfy there. So get ready to deal with extra bodies hanging around.

There are at least 15 people in line, with only two baristas who are responsible for making drinks, food, and cashiering. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

It doesn’t matter if it’s first thing in the morning, the middle of the afternoon or right before closing. This place is SLOW. It’s not even like the baristas are socializing with customers or one another for that matter. Although I appreciate the local Starbucks I think I am better brewing my coffee at home because it’s probably faster.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks in all of NYC. No doubt in my mind. There could be one person/no one if front and it will still take 5+mins to get a drip coffee. To me that’s super slow in NYC. Works don’t look like they are in a hurry ever, and I’ve been here 10+ times sadly. It is next to the 2,3 onthe bright side. Sigh…

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to no matter the time of day. Staff moves slow, always only one person on the register. The most employees I’ve ever seen at one time working is 3 and door is always out the door. They hardly ever have any utensils or carrying trays. Management definitely needs to work on improvement of customer service.

What a miserable Starbucks. No restroom. No AC plugs. And 5… yes, 5 stools to sit on. Two of which are at the lower wheelchair accessible counter. Chairs, not stools Starbucks Corporate Store Designer who apparently drank through their entire final semester. Again… no restroom. What is the point of you, Starbucks on 125th& Lenox?

The gentrification of Harlem by the Starbucks Borg. Resistance is futile. It’s kind of strange seeing Starbucks up along the same streets as The Apollo and Sylvia’s, but there they are on 125th street along with the many old stalwarts and new chain stores that have opened up here in recent years. I guess it was just a matter of time before Starbucks too over areas like this. When I dropped in here the other weekend to get some caffeine in me it was average at best. Busy and the staff there just works with a disconnected efficiency. Got my coffee and headed back onto the streets to do some more shopping. Wifi hogs and people just sitting around charging their cell phones abound. Also seems like there are not enough tables here. It’s kind of a strange set up compared to other locations. At least it’s close to the subway and hustle & bustle in this cool hood. Not worth visiting otherwise unless you are close by and really need a cup of coffee.

Worst Starbucks ever. Literally no service. Where the fuck was the barista? Or anyone who worked there for that matter? Not enough tables or seating, random dudes taking up space charging their phones, and other bullshit. I waited 5 minutes and then left. How is this starbucks still operating?
