I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have spent $thousands at all locations and online. I rushed to get to this location before it’s 6pm closing on Thursday and they refused to even let me take a peek upstairs where the bargain clearance items are. «It’s closed» the clerk rudely explained.” I came all the way from California” I pleaded. Can I just take a peek? I will return tomorrow if I find what I like. NO! NO! NO! It was now only 5:45. «Come back tomorrow»! That won’t be happening tomorrow or ever, I replied and stormed out. The merchandise is not that special and I predict they will not be in business much longer.
