The best! This is the best halal cart around. He adds sautéed onion and peppers to your meal; and has the best green sauce around.

The competing halal cart across the street used to be my go-​to for lamb over rice in Bellerose. Until I betrayed them for Sahara, that is. Why? Because their meat actually has texture, and isn’t mushy. I like to ask for my lamb extra crispy! I find their sauces to be superior, as well.

This is my go to halal cart in Bellerose. I usually get the chicken and lamb over salad, since I’m sort of on a low carb diet and don’t care much for rice. The portions are pretty generous. I really like how the salad is always fresh here. I knocked off a star, though because their lamb tends to be a bit too rough/​hard sometimes… they need to not cook it as much in order to retain more tenderness. Then again, some people may like that (I personally don’t). Anyway, give this place a try!
