Nice friendly server. No friendly reception. No clean men restrooms. Nice strawberry fizz drink and burger. Our server was pro and cause of him i’ll add three star critic.

Walked by and was really hungry and saw they served breakfast so my husband and I decided to give it a try. The food was pretty bad. I ordered a times sq combo with scrambled eggs, sausage patties and extra fruit instead of the potatoes. My eggs were flat and fried… I could have made better eggs myself at home. The sausage patties were pretty dry… the ones I buy in the supermarket and fry at home myself is juicier. Then the fruit was not fresh at all. I think actually the best part were the potatoes which I did not get, and even that was eh… I’ve def had wayyyy better breakfast. Will not be coming back… at least not for their breakfast ever again. Feel so dissatisfied that I’m going to eat a super awesome lunch later to make up for this unjust breakfast lol!

Worst burger that I’ve ever tried. Not salted, not juice, no taste at all; feels like chewing grass. Won’t come back!

I’ve past through this spot for years and never had interest. Since there is a red lobster across the street. My first experience in Ruby Tuesday was incredible. I love the service and the food. I suggest the shrimp fondue. I Also highly recommend the bourbon salmon. The price is moderate since is in Times Square. When red lobster is packed go visit ruby Tuesday.

Great place to grab lunch. Service was fast. Good food. Quiet. Not too packed. They take reservations. Just a little pricy. Had a quick lunch to catch up with my coworkers. Ordered a full rack of Texas Dust ribs,(~$ 40), with sides of zucchini, and spaghetti squash. The ribs fall right out of the bones, meal was very good.

Came with a party of 4 at 7:30PM on a Sat night, the wait is about 45 mins. The server is friendly, many selection on food varieties. But the food is not amazing, not worth the wait and disappointing. Ordered New York Steak, medium well but it is obviously overcooked Price is average, but definitely not worth for this kind of food. Portion is small as well.

We came here because we were starving!!! We were just touring Time Square and wanted to grab a quick bite. We waiting for 5 minutes before anyone greeted us. A guy came to greet us finally and got us waters. I saw him point to a girl and tell her that was her table before he came to us though. She just continued to talk to a table for 10 minutes. We got our waters and ordered with her. She was super nice, but the service was just too slow. We got queso and a quesadilla. 2 apps. It took around 20 minutes to get that. The sour cream was the size of a quarter. Our server was nowhere to be found, so we had to ask another guy to get us sour cream. Waited another 10 minutes for her to check on us, but by that time we were finished. Wasn’t a very good experience, but what do you expect when your in New York, right?

The Ruby Tuesday in Times Square is one of the friendliest restaurants we have visited in a long time. Kudos and thank you to Greg, one of the managers, and London, our exceptional server who made us feel super welcomed. We visited mid afternoon on Valentine’s Day which allowed us to avoid the holiday crush and not feel rushed because there were people in line waiting for our table as I am sure will be the case tonight. The restaurant is very nicely laid out and they are known for their fresh salad bar. We had a window seat which was an added bonus. Although Ruby Tuesday is a chain, we felt this one had its own unique personality. I ordered the chicken fresco and my friend a sirloin steak. The food was not spectacular but it was flavorful. My friend ordered her steak medium but it came out medium well. When we mentioned this to London, she immediately brought it back to the kitchen and replaced it with one cooked as ordered. I should add that the onions rings are very good and that overall entrée portions are average size. Our desserts were exceptional. We ordered a slice of white chocolate cheesecake and a chocolate lovers cake. Both were rich and delicious. The coffee was adequate. The check was a bit confusing because they include a gratuity and then later have a line on where you can add or subtract from the amount. I added to it but would have preferred that someone just recommend what they think the tip should be and let me write in one amount or better yet, that Ruby Tuesday pay their servers a decent wage so tipping would not be necessary. So overall 4.5−5.0 for ambience and service. 3.5−4.0 for food quality and portions. This is definitely a restaurant to which we will return.

Tourists: this Times Square location is the crème de la crème, thee best of any Ruby Tuesdays you will ever find. Fantastic for kids. New Yorkers. Hold the confusion. I don’t like or do chains but my Son has Ruby T love. Insists it’s the best ever salad bar.(me: really? There are a million restaurants, bodegas… Closer to home…”) but no. Insisted we go here all day. Long taxi drive in traffic and 30 min plus face freezing walk thru Times Square area coldest night of the year for my son to get to Ruby Tuesday. Dang. That’s love.(mom Love and Ruby Tuesday love.) Unilocal wouldn’t even find ruby Tuesdays for me as if to say no Lisa, I know you don’t really want to go here … As Times Square police officers en route helping said to my son(thanks Nypd) … best mom ever… Have to say though this is a great ruby Tuesdays. Clean contemporary and massive. The great and friendly staff was able to get my son a pretty quick spot close to the salad bar… Which he had 3 trips to thoroughly enjoy … And bartender /server Jason made me thee best chocolate Martini ever. Seriously, the best.

I’ve eaten at Ruby Tuesday’s back in VA and they’ve all been horrible. But I figured I’d give this one a try. It had to be good since it was in Times Square. And it was fantastic. I got a steak and it was cooked correctly, staff was fantastic, and my sides were amazing! The prices weren’t as bad as you’d think either with the location being where it was. I’d totally go back.

Great if you’re already tipsy like I am. great music, they are playing Stevie Wonder. I had the«Relaxer» which is a mixed vodka drink, my friend had cabernet. We enjoyed them both. We didn’t have any food but the people around us seemed to be enjoying theirs. Pretty crowded, it’s Saturday. We are on a mission to Jay-Z’s 40⁄40 club. I’d come back here!!! I’m visiting from Chicago and I love NY!

I seldomly went to Americanized restaurant, as I always connect them with burgers and French fries; apparently ruby Tuesday did a lot more than that. Ordered fire hot chicken wings as starter, Cajun steak with zucchini and broccoli as main course, and strawberry sundae as dessert. It indeed shocked me as I saw the size of that ice cream sundae! Nice place for friends gather-together.

In the heart of Times Square it amazingly had no wait for seating at 9pm. Even though it is a chain the customer service is great and the food is pretty awesome. Pros: Close to times Square Friendly staff Food was decent, if you are hungry Cons: Bathroom is on the second floor and its literally 3 flights of stairs!!!

My first time to this restaurant chain. The place itself looks very nice. Had horrible waiter, had to wait extra long for food and drinks. Didn’t explain how this chain operates. I didn’t know salad bar was complementary. Food ordered was ok.

Amazing Customer Service, From the greeting staff, to the server we had(Alan) & the wonderful manager who made sure our requests were well taken care of. All in all it was a great dining experience. The food was delicious & the drink I had was good too! I visited recently with my mom on Saturday evening, we were seated within 10 minutes. Our server was very accommodating & attentive to us. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon dish w/a Ruby Relaxer(It’s a blend of Absolut Vodka with Cruzan Coconut Rum, peach schnapps, pineapple and cranberry juices, and fresh orange.) — One word, Delicious! & My mom ordered the New Orleans Seafood(which is, Mild and flaky tilapia, creole-seasoned then topped with sautéed shrimp and Parmesan cream.) It’s supposed to be spicy however being that my mother doesn’t like spicy foods or anything with even a hint of pepper, the manager offered to have it prepared with a different type of lemon-herb seasoning, which they did & it was delicious! The proportions weren’t overbearing but just right even with the two included side orders I will definitely be recommending& revisiting, Kudos to the staff!

I only gave them an extra star because I found a coupon(Thank God) and I didn’t have to pay full price for that mediocre meal. Pros: *Seated fast *Got to use my coupon so I didn’t have to pay a lot for this garbage. Cons: *Waitresses were practically stalking. Being too up your ass nice for a tip *Presentation sucked. Looked like someone took my steak and smeared it across the plate *Lady circles the gratuity price and plays dumb when I asked her was it mandatory to pay that or something. *The servers dressed sloppy *Commercials hyped this place up *Food was mediocre *Servers come up to you so freaken close to ask you a question. My goodness ! Never again will I come here or to any Ruby Tuesdays

You know… it’s Times Square so you are going to pay a lot more for the same food you will be eating elsewhere in the country and you can’t use coupons. The interior is fairly nice and spacious and had no wait. The service was great, as it was a really hot day and I needed a few refills. The peach tea is amazing for flavor and sweetness. I had the coastal trio, which wasn’t as good as Red Lobster but wasn’t a bad price for it. Shrimp was great, tilapia fine. The lobster was also good but they didn’t have a small fork for it so it was a bit of a trick to get out with a regular fork. Unlike other RTs, the salad bar was an extra charge instead of a side option. My boyfriend got a steak and complained it was too tough, which was especially disappointed for the price but loved the Mac and cheese side. If you want to eat in Times Square, not a bad choice, but every place is really expensive in this tourist trap.

Its a chain restaurant so its expected to not have high expectations. We waited about 20 mins. It was packed on a sat night. Once we got seats waiter didn’t take too long to serve us. My boyfriend and I looked at the menu beforehand so we immediately ordered after we ask for our drinks. They serve complimentary biscuits(two) to be exact. It taste terrible not as great as red lobster. But its free so we didn’t complaint. I ordered a rib eye steak with rice and green beans. It was very salty. I believe the chief over seasoned it. But they did cook it med well like I asked. Even with the over salt it was still edible. The size of the steak is the same of my hand. Its perfect as an individual portion and for someone with a small appetite. Green beans was too over cooked. The rice was good. Nicely seasoned and great flavor. Boyfriend ordered honey bacon ribs(half rack) with chicken tenders with a side of fries. They were huge! Most BBQ restaurant I go to their half racks are small but these ones were meaty! The meat does fall off the bones and very nicely seasoned. Damn now I only have a few bits from his meal but I wish I have more. Chicken tenders was OK. It only had three pieces and came with honey mustard dipping. Fries were good. Not too much salt and not soggy. Overall this chain restaurant was surprisingly good. Of course service is slow and barely had waiter interaction besides asking for refill on drinks and the check. Maybe because we quickly ordered, didn’t ask for much, and didn’t have any expectations. We were happy that everything went smoothly and I left content. Thank Ruby for making my sat evening happy.

Pretty much the standard burger you find at any chain restaurant. If you had me sample burgers from Ruby Tuesday, TGIFridays, Applebee’s, I wouldn’t know the difference. They’d all be the same to me. If it wasn’t for a birthday coupon I wouldn’t even bother eating here. I’m shocked at the prices though. They’re about 50% higher than Maryland’s. But it’s Times Square, what do you expect? Overall = another tourist trap.

It was relatively empty, but this was a Tuesday night. Seated immediately. The server was very nice & helpful, suggested things for us to eat since it looked like we were having a hard time deciding. The frozen margarita machine was broken on the second floor and the bar had already closed downstairs. I was kind of disappointed, because I love frozen margaritas. The appetizers and entrees came out really quick & tasted delicious! Only thing I didn’t like is that they automatically added 18% gratuity to the bill. It was just my boyfriend & I. I thought they only did that with parties of 4 or more? I’d probably come back, get a bite here to eat, then down the block to catch a movie.
