First timer on Unilocal and must give credit where credit is due. Cleanest and most organized gift shop I have ever seen. My family from overseas came in town for the first time and they wanted to go to times square. We looked around and saw this gift shop that was beautiful from the outside with amazing lighting and felt so alive and next door to Phantom of the opera (Which was an amazing show). We decided to go in and shop for family back home. Customer service wasn’t all that great and the employees were just standing around as I constantly asked for help and sizes for t-​shirts. My grandfather accidentally bumped into the display and two snow globes broke. We constantly apologized and even offered to pay for it but the manager was just so angry and accused my daughter of dropping it since «My wife wasn’t watching her» I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give me a name and threatened to call the police. The man then started yelling in his language to another employee which frightened my family. I asked for the owners name and the his number and he would just ignore me. I told the manager I would put a review of my experience and his response was «You stupid». As I said, the store is beautiful and has everything you need when it comes to gifts, just don’t ask for help or the manager gets angry. Hope this helps.
