I’ve been eating here weekly since I first found the place. The daily specials are a steal! So much quality/quantity for an awesome price. Wings/tacos are great and VERY filling. and the steaks are always cooked perfectly to your liking. $ 3 drafts every day also for brunch you get a ton of food for $ 15. main course, fruit cup, coffee/tea, AND mimosa/bellini Nutella milkshake was bomb but mango smoothie not so great 5 stars for the cutie owner though

The food is amazing and the weekly specials are crazy affordable. My girlfriend and I have gone pretty much every week since we discovered it, I swear Im getting fat from getting the 3 $ drafts so frequently(or maybe just from overindulging on the food). Taco tuesdays for 2 $ soft shelled tacos that are loaded with tender meat and quality ingredients Im curious how they make money. 10 $ steak on Wednesdays is cooked so well it’s the best Ive had in the city, and be on the lookout for their 50cent wings! Oh and 15 $ brunch is a pretty cool deal for pretty dang good food. Their décor is homey with a friendly owner, and I dig the music. Good for family and friends, and Ive seen them cater to large groups. A+ from me! 5⁄5 would go again tomorrow, and next week, and…

What a great neighborhood spot. Food is worth so much more than the prices. Service is great too!

Still the best downtown dinner/brunch place I have every been to. The avocado on my huge Classic burger was extordinary. My buddy and I just looked at each other and nodded YASS after taking that fist big bite into our perfectly grilled patties. The place has amazing ambiance also; like the crusty crab meets fine dining. Best part is the diversity of the menu and the crowd. Everyone from all walks of life can stop in for a dinner date or just stop in to watch the game. This place definitely makes my top 10 favorite restaurants in Manhattan.

Have only been in once. I had a great burger and a very nice glass of red wine at happy hour on a week day. The service was attentive and friendly. It’s a pretty place. Only a few tables of patrons, but it was early. Everything was good. Food prepared with care. I also tripped on the way out. Almost went down but caught myself. Gotta fix that! Also, it would be nice if they had a little more down light for menu reading – doesn’t have to be all tables! But if someone asks, it might be nice to know that this or that table has more light for people with trouble seeing in the dark. If it stays reasonable and the food is consistent, it will be very successful. We need a place like this in the ‘hood.

Wow, Moonstruck moved an ave over and upped its game big time. My gf and I got the $ 30 for $ 50 deal and had 3 entrees because we’re monsters. The burger was solid, the wrap was great, and the Smores Waffle is a must. Hot gooey marshmallows, ample and well distributed Nutella, and light fluffy waffles made this a morning indulgence you wouldn’t want to miss. Additional props on their new, rustic ambiance. Service was stellar. Get the Smores waffle, enough said.

Came here for brunch on Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t too crowded so there wasn’t a hassle for them to honor our reservation for 15 people(I’ve had issues before so I never take a reservation as a given). Our server was great: attentive, pleasant, and accurate. The food was amazing, I had the breakfast of kings with poached eggs, bacon, and French toast. Everything came out exactly as expected including my poached eggs which came out HOT(I’ve had to send back room temperature poached eggs at multiple brunch places, so I guess that’s a thing?). I chose to go with the mimosas which were quite strong(a good thing). All in all it was a great experience for the whole group at a great price(about 35pp including tax and tip). Would definitely go back.

I had an incredible time here with my friends, this past Saturday. Pretty much the only brunches I usually hit up are with family, so I decided to break that trend and have 12 of my friends roll out to Moonstruck and it was an incredible idea! The food was great, the service was quick, and the price pretty much can’t be beat. The only downside, is that the granite around the doorway heading out, is a not precarious, I.e. I walked out and hot the deck hard but somehow didn’t get hurt too badly, then turned around to watch three more people trio over it but luckily not fall. Otherwise, everything was pretty spot on and I’ll definitely be back!

#This particular Sunday night, they had 50 cent #wings and I saw they were showing #football. Not just any football game, but #NFL RedZone. The wings were good, especially at that price. Service was attentive. #NFL RedZone rocked.

Came here on Sat with my friends. Even though we were a lil late(they have brunch till 4pm on weekends) the server was very kind to let us have it. For 15 $ u get really good options — like Quinoa Burger, different sandwiches or omelettes. First mimosa or bellini is included, after — it’s only 2 $ each. Plus they gave us a bunch of complimentary fresh cut fruits. Yay! Def will come back!

$ 15 Sunday brunch? Yes please. I came here with a friend after our go-to bagel place was packed. What caught our attention was the $ 15 breakfast which included a coffee or tea, one of the several choices on the menu, I ordered the basic breakfast, and a mimosa. How can you go wrong? The food was decent. Nothing over-the-top amazing, but just good. I must say, the service was unfortunately slow. It wasn’t packed but it wasn’t empty either. It just took the waiters a while after we asked for a couple minutes to look over the menu. Just an observation but a little annoying. Other than that, you can’t beat brunch so I’d give it a go.

I had no idea that the Moonstruck Eatery existed until I was waiting with friends for some other friends to arrive for dinner at nearby Westville. It looked kind of cool and eclectic looking in from outside, so we stopped in to have drinks. The place was empty, so we took a seat at the barside tables. Our waiting was friendly and accommodating, but also a bit awkward. When ordering drinks, I asked for the«cider» on tap(I could see that there was a tap handle with an apple on it but wasn’t sure of the brand), and he did not know what I meant by that. He also came back a little bit after our drinks were out and asked if we wanted another round even though all of the glasses were still half full. I was a big fan of the décor. It kind of looks like a trendy hunting lodge, and is generally pretty different from most eateries in the city. They let us sit and drink without ordering any food, which we appreciated. I would like to come back and try something on the menu.

This review is for brunch only: Reasons to come here: 1. $ 15 for brunch which also includes a mimosa 2. French toast is awesome — maybe not the best I’ve ever had but this in combination with the other food just makes you feel warm inside 3. Eclectic decorations inside 4. good service Room for Improvement: 1. Nothing on the brunch menu was super innovative. The flavor profiles were what you would expect for brunch. Despite, the menu is quite reliable and this is a good stop if you’re just looking for some good eggs and bacon.

MAGIC. Had a breakfast of champions here. Steak was perfect. Fries, awesome. Bacon, bacony. Coffee, killer. The décor is fantastic. The perfect 24 hour restaurant bar environment? it’d be this. Service was fantastic too, everyone super friendly.

Amazing environment and décor! The food was pretty good and very reasonable prices, but the ambiance really took it to another level. Their brunch special was $ 15 for mimosa, coffee, and breakfast. Additional mimosa was $ 2 each! Our server was so sweet and accommodating. We will be back solely for the awesome feel of the restaurant!

Rising from the ashes of Ethos Meze and Diablo Royale, Moonstruck Eatery is a pretty cool establishment with a heart-stopping, extensive diner menu, and HUGE dining space. And I mean huge. There’s apparently even a basement with a full bar and taps, which I had no idea about. I’ve been to the Moonstruck Diners around the city, and this place has a bit more of an elevated look, and an ambiance much more conducive to day-drinking or late night debauchery. The décor is really rustic and neat, and they have various pictures of the beaches in Greece, which is where the owners/managers are from. The bar area has a good amount of seating near the front of the restaurant, and while they only serve beer and wine right now, they do have a 2 for 1 drafts special for happy hour. Came in on a Wednesday night, and the place was a bit empty, but I’ll chalk that up to being fairly new, and again, the fact that they have an enormous space that is difficult to fill. Our waitress made some good recommendations on the menu, as there were so many choices that we weren’t sure what was good. We ended up ordering the Cuban rolls wrapped in filo dough to start, the Signature burger(truffle mayo, avocado, provolone cheese), and the truffle mushroom risotto. Pretty much truffle everything. The Cuban rolls were unreal. The fried filo dough on the outside provided a crispy, crunchy outside, while the inside was stuffed with pork, pickles, and Swiss cheese. It came with a slightly tangy honey mustard sauce that was the perfect complement to the rich mixture of cheese and pork. The burger was huge, delicious, and came with a large portion of fries for just $ 13. Quite difficult to get a specialty burger for that price anywhere in the city, so the value is absolutely amazing. The risotto was smooth and velvety, and the truffle flavor was not lacking at all. We also ended up getting a dessert«crêpe», compliments of the manager, which was stuffed with Nutella, black cherries, and strawberries, topped with fresh whipped cream. I have to tell you, the fresh whipped cream really made the difference when paired with the sweet Nutella. Hot damn, that was good. The manager informed us that they had $ 2 mimosa specials for brunch, which again, is absolutely unheard of in the city. Pair that with a brunch entrée, and you’ll still likely pay way less than one of the unlimited boozy brunch specials elsewhere in EV. I’ll be back to try that for sure when I’m in the mood for a boozy brunch. Overall, this was a pretty great experience and this restaurant proved to be a gem in the neighborhood. While the menu is not terribly innovative, the quality of food is great, and again, at these prices, definitely a steal. I would definitely give this place a shot if you’re in the area, or if you’re one of the poor saps waiting in line at Westville(heh). I can actually see this place becoming a local hangout for my friends and me, mostly because of the huge space and great prices. Once they get a liquor license, it won’t even be a question.

I came in to this new spot for some late night grub. Trying to be eat well, I ordered the sesame teriyaki salmon. The portion was huge. The glaze was on point. The salmon was very fresh. This menu has such good variety without having the overwhelming diner styled menu. :) Also ordered the cuban roll appetizer but ate it before I had a chance to take a picture. It was delish! Definitely want to come back for brunch to try the captain crunch coated french toast! YESYOUREADTHATCORRECTLYFOLKS! CAPTAINCRUNCHCOATEDFRENCHTOAST! Will definitely keep you all updated on the brunch experience :)
