This place is horrible! I had called ahead and asked if I could get a mani/​pedi at 12:15 and no employees were visible. Luckily a previous customer informed me that the one employee present was giving someone a massage and they had sent someone over from their other location.
When this other woman arrived she told me she doesn’t give manicures with dark nail polish. She wasn’t able to stay within the nail line!
I would never go back. Why there was ONE employee there on a Friday afternoon, possibly the busiest day of the week, I have no idea.

Went there for a pedicure and the woman did such a good job rubbing my calves and feet that she was able to easily talk me into a 10 minute massage for an additional $ 12. Well worth it. That woman has good hands.
Other than that it was a basic pedicure, with a nice touch of a back rub while my nails were drying. I’d pay cheaper elsewhere, but $ 20 for a pedicure in Midtown East is a steal.

The ladies who did our manicures and predicures were fabulous. They are very attentive and friendly. We got neck rubs while our polish was drying and they offered us discounts on other services they heard us talking about. We were staying at the hotel on the same block which made it convenient for us to go back 2 days later for much needed chair massages. The girl who did mine had wonderful hands! The prices are decent but the difference between a regular pedicure and a spa pedicure was a little high. I wish they would have thrown us a discount on a spa pedicure. My only complaint is that they are understaffed. One girl was doing a back massage while the only other girl was finishing my manicure when the phone rang. It was hard for them to manage the situation whithout taking attention away from one of us.

Totally agree with the above review — very clean and very friendly. It was one of the few salons I have been to that does not reek of chemicals. I had one of the best pedicure experiences here, mainly because of the sweet, friendly staff. We had wonderful conversations about culture, languages and yes, Johnny Cash. Wonderful spot!
