Went here a couple weeks ago for the lunch special. It includes an appetizer and entrée for I believe about $ 9-$ 11. The restaurant itself was average. Nothing spectacular about it. The meal itself was alright, but again, nothing crazy. I got the vegetable dumpling which came with soy sauce. The vegetable dumpling had corn, carrots, and peas in it. Not too flavorful and the food kept coming out of the dumpling. For my entrée, I got the shrimp pad Thai. Pad Thai is definitely one of my favorite dishes and unfortunately, this was one of my least favorite dishes. Nothing crazy, flavor was average. I’ve had way better Thai before. This place isn’t really worth going to. If you’re in the area, go. If not, don’t bother.

Outstanding! food was delicious, delivered timely. Ordered wonton soup absolutely delicious one complaint only five wontons for five bucks a little overpriced but worth it. Chicken pad Thai lunch special hard to finish and very tasty fully recommended

We ordered in delivery last night and it came really fast. Food was one of the best Thai i had eaten and i cook thai myself as well! Only minus i could give is that my panning beef had very little beef in, if that is corrected i would give a 5 star!

Providing an updated review to share that we have more recently ordered from this restaurant and did not get the quality of food we expected based on our previous visits. It took forever to deliver and the seafood in the dishes was very fishy tasting(in a way that makes me question how fresh it was /the overall quality), and potatoes in the massaman curry were undercooked. Feeling less than impressed and moving on to new and better Thai places in the area.

Came here in a large group for dinner on a Saturday night. It was completely empty at 7PM and we got seated at a table at the very end. Even though nobody else was there, the waiter did not come for a long time so one of my friends eventually walked over to get him. The restaurant looks pretty nice on the inside. There are flowers and lanterns decorating the interior. The restaurant is SO dark though. We could not see any of our food and had to literally shine our phones flashlight on it to see what we got. The food tasted decent. I tried the shrimp clay pot and duck red curry(generous portion of duck). My friend who got the beef curry was still hungry afterwards. Another gripe I had was when the waiter came over to fill waters, he completely skipped my empty glass and I was really thirsty from the salty entrée. Please make your restaurant, especially the back area more lit!

Just an update from my last review. Returned to Luscious Thai, and it was delicious as always! While on our way home after a nightmare of a day, my boyfriend and I retreated to a cozy table in the back of the restaurant, with cushioned seats along the wall. There were very few other customers — we were actually the only ones in there toward the end of our meal. It was exactly what we needed to decompress after a terrible day. This is a good restaurant for a quiet and relaxing meal. I also wanted to mention that Luscious Thai has gotten their liquor license and is no longer BYOB. I had a glass of the Chardonnay — it’s oaky with a vanilla finish. Not my taste, but if that’s what you go for, it’s an ideal wine.

Delicious and economically-priced Thai food has gotten even better with the addition of these seasonal specials this summer — coconut shrimp appetizer and crispy mango(all-white meat) chicken entrée with fresh broccoli and rice. Go for lunch any 7 days of the week until 3:30 pm and get BOTH for the unbelievable price of $ 9.95OR any of these lunch special combinations — Other appetizer favorites of mine include: Tom Kha Soup, Tom Yum Soup, Crispy Duck Salad AND Mix for One(curry puff, chicken sate, Thai dumpling and shrimp roll) when I can’t make up my mind and am famished. Entrée recommendations: Luscious Duck Crispy duck topped with pineapple with jasmine rice, Pad Thai Shrimp or Chicken and Jumbo Shrimp Massamun. Save room for DESSERT because the pumpkin custard tart and fried banana with honey are incredible!

Just around the corner from where I live, it was quite empty when I went in on a Monday night. It’s deceptively small from the outside and easy to miss due to the signage, but once you’re in, this place has a great ambience. There is a back seating area that is quite nice. We were hungry, so we ordered: 1. Thai iced tea: Good portion, standard flavor, not too sweet. You’ve had these before. 2. Papaya salad: LOVEDTHIS! It was a good size, very fresh, and super spicy. Had not expected it and bit into a pepper. After the pain, the rest of the dish seemed like nothing. This is a great dish to share before your entrees. 3. Massaman chicken curry: Flavorful although not the largest portion. Wish it had slightly more chicken. Comes with a small bowl of rice. 4. Drunken noodles: Really enjoyed this dish. The flat noodles were very well-done and the beef was delicious. Only thing is that this dish was on the greasy side. It’s OK, I would still order it again. We wanted to try the mango sticky rice, but they were out of mangos for the night. Bummer!

I ordered via Seamless. It took exactly half an hour. I asked for my dish, spicy imitation duck, to be made mild. It is so spicy I can barely eat it. There are also large pieces of tofu taking up the container. I’m not sure if that’s normal or they ran out of the fake duck. It’s okay, overall, but they straight up ignored my request. Yes, I understand the dish I ordered was spicy, but there are different degrees of spiciness, and this is way too hot for me. Would not order from again.

After eating here, we had pretty bad food poisoning. Not sure what caused it, specifically, but since the rest of our group was fine, it was probably the thai iced tea or chicken. Don’t get the pineapple fried rice, it’s made with weird gloopy ketchup.

Not so luscious The good Super cheap huge quantities $ 10 lunch special main and appetizer Service adequate given one guy for whole place although only few tables eating at lunch The bad Tiny room with some mismatched décor with some grease and dirt stains on wall No liquor Two apps we sampled Tom soup and coconut shrimp both average to not so great Mains Basil shrimp rice and chicken/shrimp pad Thai which they charged $ 3 supplement which I was not forewarned on Pad Thai over cooked noodles shrimp not fresh but mega portion of protein not flavored like typical pad Basil rice better flavoring a bit salty and skimpy with basil and shrimp Iced coffee skimpy on condensed milk Overall skip it.

The ambience of the place was a little off. I think there was some construction going on. They also did not have their liquor license which was a bummer. I had the red curry chicken. The sauce was tasty good level of spice. The chicken had a strong poultry taste which I didn’t really enjoy. The meal cost me $ 18 including a 2.50 tip. So not the best value either.

The food isn’t bad but definitely could be better if the way they prepare the ingredients. Definitely recommend the curry puff for appetizer so light and puffy, taste amazing too. Curry entrees aren’t too bad either, a little bit too salty and not spicy enough for my liking

Spiciest Pad Thai ever. I asked them to make it real spicy as their menu offers two types of spicy, American(the weaker) and Thai(stronger). I asked for the Thai version and they delivered. My mouth hurt but it was so delicious. We used the coupon for a free appetizer with an entrée from Unilocal without issue. Overall you should eat here and if you like spicy get spicy!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We walked in not expecting much, but the food was very good. The place was empty because it closes from 4 – 5 everyday. The service was good and the food came out fast. I ordered the Pad Kee Moa Beef noodle(aka drunken noodle) with vegetable dumplings and it was very good. The food was full of flavor and spices. I would definitely go back.

I live around the block, and wish I had found this place sooner. Good Thai food at reasonable prices, and close to home. That’s a win! I came here with my brother on a cold winter night. It seemed like the take out operation was busier than eat-in. There were only three occupied tables. I ordered the pineapple chicken Thai fried rice. I usually have problems deciding between pineapple and cashews, and this had both! Was just what I needed to warm me up on a cold night. My brother got the traditional Thai fried rice, which replaced the cashews with tomatoes. We both agreed that his meal was a bit salty, and that the one I ordered was great. Definitely plan on coming back for a hot, quick meal

This review is for their takeout: Walked in and ordered a larb salad and some vegetable red curry. My order was made very quickly and was wrapped nicely to take home. Got home(5 mins) and everything was piping hot. The larb was spicy and very fresh. The red curry was creamy and had lots of different types of fresh vegetables. Originally I hoped to save some for the next day, but it was all so good that we finished it all(now am completely stuffed!) Will be back! Looks like they also have a $ 9.95 lunch special as well that id like to try.
