Very solid neighborhood spot for lunch or breakfast. Good sandwiches. We had the tuna melt and the turkey club which were both good. Also home made muffins. It’s a small place with some outdoor seating as well. Order at the counter. CASHONLY. There is a very similar place next door called Rabbits which is also quite good.

A hole in the wall coffee spot that’s easy to miss– unless you know what your looking for. They serve breakfast and brunch as well, and it’s cute and cozy. I holed up here charging my phone and had a great time enjoying the little shop. Some people came in for a scavenger hunt, asking about their avocado toast. Great place.

Just went in to get a salad and a few coffee’s. Christina was so friendly and present. She was helping so many people at once while still being so kind! Made my experience there great :)

This place is small and can be easily overlooked. *******CASHONLY******* First thing i noticed was the tree décor in front of the window which i thought was cute. The café has about 4⁄5 small tables. I had the granola bowl(paid $ 7– which is pricey but they gave a good amount but still 7 dollars… I can make it at home for less). The granola bowl was good– i added cinnamon and it was delicious(dont think you can go wrong with granola ahah) My friend had the oatmeal. She prefers her oatmeal thicker(as do I) so she thought it was ok. Would i come back? — maybe, wouldn’t be my number 1 stop.

This is the best local coffee shop in the neighborhood. Great coffee and really wonderful staff. Love the avocado toast and egg wraps, but all the food I’ve had is great. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

stumbled upon this place yesterday and got myself an egg sandwich(at 3:30pm… bfast all day) on the fresh ciabatta with tomatoes and lettuce/salad mix. if i could do it again, i’d order a second egg to bulk up the meal. the space is super cozy but seating is limited so i literally spent 10 minutes waiting for and enjoying my meal before i felt compelled to give up my seat to the next patron. will be back to try the avocado toast!

I wanted to like the place because it’s a cute little nook and they were so nice about me not having nearly as much cash as I needed for my order — «just get us back next time,» they said. However, I have to be honest about the fact that paying $ 7 for this avocado toast is setting you up for disappointment. One, it’s small. Two, it’s not fresh or ripe. Maybe my standard living in California is unfair, but I expect avocado to be bright and green, not pale yellow and browning in parts. Third, the addition of chili flakes, lemon and whatever else they add to this toast seemed unnecessary and only there to distract from the fact that the avocado itself is subpar. Lastly, the whole thing was undersalted. Proper salting is essential in avocado toast to really bring out its flavor. If there is a next time(unlikely since I’m a visitor and there are so many other excellent choices in the neighborhood), I would get the popover instead.

First of all this place is CASH only so make sure you have some. The organic egg sandwich was small and cold and the bread wasn’t fresh. The soy cappuccino was decent. We spent 4 days in Soho and there are many other places to go, we wouldn’t recommend this one.

Here all the time(as I live opposite). Nice as a neighborhood coffee shop, but annoyances outweigh the good things a bit. + Like the food, esp the avocado toast + Cute feel with benches out front + Very casual — Patchy servers — Effectively take-out only, too tiny and music-less to sit in — Time from entering, to waiting for the line, to getting your food averages over 10 mins — Cash only — … That tiny portion costs how much?

Good spot, love their coffee and its a good deal for this hood, for quality coffee $ 2. Food is good, staff is cool. Can be a little slow, so if youre in a rush and see 3 – 4 people in line, eh. Be careful when adding stuff to a sammy, its not worth it. I wanted a bacon egg wrap, added cheese, avocado and tomato… it turned into a $ 13 bfast sandwich. ugh.

Haha. Okay, my company placed an order here and I went with the avocado toast w/hard boiled egg. It was $ 10.75, which I though was absurd but it was a company order so I went with it. Mistake. I got the tiniest, worst avocado toast I’ve ever had. There’s just nothing about it that’s satisfying or tasty. Avocado is browning, toast is so thin and soggy. Also the overall company order was missing a lot of ordered items and arrived 20+ minuets late. We ordered hours in advance for a 12:30 delivery.

Stopped in here for an impromptu lunch with the nomadic Rob. P who’s in town. Being into healthy eating this was a perfect destination. The venue is small but they had a surprisingly diverse menu(steak sandwich, wow!). I ordered the turkey avocado club(sans bacon + mayo). Unfortunately, my first order came with bacon on it so I asked them to remove it. The waiter/counter guy was really nice about it and I think they even made a fresh sandwich(in case I was kosher probably). The sourdough bread was just right and if you’re into sandwiches I can’t think of a much better healthier option in Soho.

It can get busy at peak hours, it’s cash only, there is minimal seating, and they don’t have enough space to figure out what to do with space when the lines get long, BUT The avocado toast makes it all worth it. They have really good bagels and coffee as well. It’s the perfect starting point for a day in SOHO. Also they have a no laptop policy during peak hours.

I will never come here again– 1: Asked for Splenda, answer was None. 2: Asked for bathroom, answer was None. 3: Asked for wifi, answer was«No because we had customers sit all day and use it,» which is completely unprofessional– they could have just said«no wifi.» 4: They do not accept credit cards. If you come here, just go in and out and take your food with you, they don’t want you to stay. Coffee was whatever. Not happy.

Food is alright. A bit on the bland side. Do try the avocado toast. Can’t taste too much of the lemon or pepper flakes though. Don’t get a coffee here. It’s super burnt. Overall, good for a very, very quick bite or the avocado toast.

Best breakfast sandwich ever! You can build your own egg sandwich here. Decent amount of options. I had an egg sandwich with Asiago, bacon, avocado, and tomato on Ciabatta. $ 10-worth every cent. It was so filling that I had ½ for breakfast and the other ½ for lunch. Also had a delicious iced latte. They have a cute outdoor seating area but unfortunately I had to run to work. I will definitely be back!

Love that the market is shifting to offer more organic options so I was hoping to love this place as much as others have raved about. I’m giving this 2 stars for the concept and appreciation of organic offerings but the lack of the other 3 are for the rude and unfriendly server. Upon my first visit, I was rudely diminished when ordering. Their Unilocal menu shows their breakfast and lunch boxes but apparently for delivery only which is not listed anywhere. How would anyone know unless asking? To top it off, they only accept cash which is on a hand written paper on the back of the coffee machine. I ordered the avocado toast on 7 grain bread sprinkled with red pepper flakes. AMAZING! The hard boiled egg was THEWORSE I’ve ever tasted. It was old and over cooked where the yolk was all green throughout. The coffee was nothing memorable, everyone has their own preference for coffee and this one wasn’t for me. All in all, so disappointing. There’s so many other great breakfast spots in the city! Outside of this experience, the

This place hits the spot for breakfast! Happened to be visiting NYC on a work trip and stayed in SOHO. Found this place on Unilocal!and decided to give it a try. WOW! I had the make-your-own-egg sandwich on toasted 7 grain bread, tomato, ham, fresh mozzarella, and lettuce. The coffee isn’t bad here at all either. It’s really small and has a few tables inside and there’s a few tables for outside dining too. Super friendly guy working the register. Everything was fresh and organic. As I was waiting for my egg sandwich, I saw Adam Sandler hanging outside with some of his buddies. Guess I found a good place and will definitely be back.

Great menu with lots of organic options. I am a health coach and I recommend all my clients go to this spot. I first noticed this place while on a bike ride and decided to stop by. It was perfect grab and go since I was in transit to my next meeting and needed something quick. I picked up an espresso and their classic egg sandwich w/basil avocado(it comes on ciabatta bread and cost $ 4.50 without any additions). The bill was $ 9.50 total. The employees are super nice they will tell your name if you are sitting outside on the park bench(totally cool). Let’s not forget, the food is delicious. I recommend it! If you liked my review please compliment it and don’t be shy, send me a friend request! I would love to read some of your reviews!(-; CJ
