I have to admit that I’m a big fan of their regular cheese pie. The star I took off has to do with the delivery service that has been really hit and miss. Last time, the guy got lost, couldn’t figure out our buzzer then when I came all the way down to get the pizza, the delivery guy didn’t have any change so I had to wait while he ran down the block to get change from the bodega. If they get the delivery thing sorted out, the pizza is 5-star worthy.

I had the margarita pizza and it was amazing. Great customer service. I will definitely go back.

La Marg is on that John’s(on Bleecker) level of almost surreal, orgasmic pizza. I stick to two items of the menu, though i’m sure it’s all tits — The Margherita(duh) and the Hawaiian. First, the namesake pie is out of this world. Jesus couldn’t do any better, i’m sure of it. The mozzarella as fresh as it comes; the sauce thin, yet bursting with flavor; and the fresh tomato and basil serve as the perfect complement. Oh, what about that crust, though? Thin, light, crispy, glutenous heaven — this dough separates LM from the pack. An A+, must-try pizza. I lived in Hawaii for six years… which means nothing as no one eats«Hawaiian Pizza» in Hawaii. Anyway, the pizza is great. Envision that same delicious mozz, sauce, and crust, but now throw on some ginormous ham slices and fresh«Hawaiian»(HA!) pineapple slices. King Kamehameha would approve. Try this place. Use the Eat24 $ 2 off coupon and it’s something like 17 bucks… delivered…with tip!

Definitely a winner, $ 2 slices(before 6pm) really don’t get better than this. My favorite is still the margherita slice — thin and flavorful crust with just enough chew, tangy and fresh tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, plenty of basil, and a sprinkling of Parmesan. For some context, less greasy and less salty than Artichoke’s, thinner and better crust than Bleecker Street. The squares are also delicious, but not the same type of square you’d get at Prince St(crustier, thinner and less doughy.) Bottom line: if you’re craving one of the ubiquitous dollar slices, splurge and spend a whopping $ 2 for La Margarita instead!

La Margarita NY Manhattan LES 5pm Sunday 15th November 2015 Five Stars This little shop looks much nicer than the $ 1 pizza slice places maybe because they charge $ 2 for any slice before 6pm. I ordered a margarita slice and a Pepperoni & Bacon square. The margarita was superb. The crust was thin and crispy with a hint of chew. The tomato sauce was fresh with nuances of richness and sweetness. The cheese was high quality as well. I wish I had more than two basil leaves because added a nice complexity. I am person who normally does finish the crust but it was good enough to indulge in the extra carbs. The square’s crust was much thicker to complement the fattiness of the pepperoni and bacon. There was a lot of greasy Pig Belly all over it. It could have used more tomato sauce. As for seating there were 3 four top tables, only two other seas were occupied at the time. Overall, some of the best pizza you can eat for $ 4 total.

I break down and eat gluten for pizza and this was worth it. Super affordable, nice garlic /spicy oil to add and you can’t go wrong for $ 2. I had to force myself To only eat 1 ½ slices

I’ve heard that Halloween is one of the busiest days of the year for pizza parlors, and it is no wonder. with all those ninja turtles running around… I was hanging with a crew of ninja turtles myself, so it was only appropriate for us to stop here for a slice. Even in my 2AM stupor, I felt that the pizza was too greasy. Seriously, for such a thin crust pizza, that thing packed on a lot of grease! I’d folded my slice in half for easier consumption, and if I hadn’t had my napkin there to catch all of the extra oil, I definitely would have gotten a fat streak of it on my costume. The pizza is great(and excellently priced) for those taking part in heavy alcohol consumption, but if you’re looking for specialty pizza, this isn’t the place to go.

Get your life right. At the very least, get one of the grandma’s slices. Ask for the parmesan cheese and eat like the spoiled little brat you are.

The pizza was cheap, but cash only. I wouldn’t say the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it was okay for the cost.

The best pizza value in NYC. Sure you can eat at some $ 1 production line, but this pizza is very different. This is actually high quality specialty pizza that they sell for $ 2.00 a slice until 6PM. The pizza is really excellent, especially the margarita slice. Big fan.

This is premium pizza by the slice! Premium sauce, premium dough, crispy thin crust, ’nuff said. $ 3.50 for a Sicilian or slice margaritas($ 2 before 6pm?) This place stays open into the wee hours, and 5am on the weekends.

I got to say. Their pizza brings back that old school NYC feel, but with a twist of fancy! I kept it simple and got the marinara with basil. It really hits that spot ! Although I did wish it was a little bit hotter. Since it was only popped in the oven for less then a min. But I’m sure if it had that bit of heat. It be the bombs! So a star down for semi luke warm slice! If you’re paying $ 3.50 a slice. You best show me dem steam yo! But lets not frown on that! Their flavors is on point! Keep that sauce up!

Great pizza! This place came highly recommended from a friend so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out since we were around the area. We were able to get slices for $ 2 each and with a water this made for a delicious and cheap lunch. We decided to both get the Margherita pizza and it was so good, I loved the thin, crispy crust. If you are around the area, I recommend stopping in for a slice or 2.

3 ½ stars. It’s not my favorite place but it’s always good. The guys behind the counter are great, it’s right by all the bars making it easy to fuel up before or after a night a out. What I absolutely love about this place is the fresh roasted garlic they often have at the front counter. It’s soaked in olive oil and laced with red pepper flakes. I put a bunch of it on my pizza and it just makes it amazing. No one wants to come near me afterwards but the tradeoff is well worth it.

Can’t believe I forgot to review La Margarita! I was here earlier in the year, February, and doubt it’s changed, they already were awesome. Looking for a GREAT slice at reasonable prices, in Manhattan? You’ve come to the right place! The pizza is spot on, and what I think really represents a NY slice. Thin, crispy, tasty. Not the biggest place, but worth any wait. They had an impressive selection of pizzas on display requiring another visit soon. Liked the rustic décor with the wood and memorabilia on display. Next visit to the LES, La Margarita I’ll be back.

So I’m going to be honest and say that I was completely inebriated and on a mission for carbs when visiting this place. That being said, the pizza slices are big, reasonable priced and definitely hit the spot. After 10pm, nothing aside from pizza is available. The place is busy so the slices are fresh and they definitely hit the spot.

A tasty basil-heavy margherita, though I skipped the garlic on counter/display, from a nice guy. As mentioned countless times before, $ 2 slices before 6pm is a solid deal for a solid product.

Stop #1 of me & my bf’s pizza tour: So glad this was our first stop. The space is small but cozy. Surprisingly me and my bf arrived around 8pm on a Thursday so it was pretty empty. Service was swift and polite. We ordered 2 Margherita slices and goddamn were they delicious. The sauce has a nice sweetness to it, the crust is thin but very crunchy(not burnt), the cheese was delicious but I wish there was more of it and the basil was a great touch. I honestly could eat an entire pie if I was asked to. If this place wasn’t so far from me, I’d eat here everyday.
