Visited the office a few times in the past 12 months. The staff was pleasant and the dr was very professional and patient which made things much easier for my little girl who is sacred of Dr office. Very happy with the office. Just need to be sure Come in early in the morning to avoid the wait since it gets crowed in the afternoon.

Dr. Chang is a fantastic ophthalmologist. He is thorough, has excellent bedside manner and has done a great job communicating with me during and after my appointments. The staff are nice and while I’ve had an occasional wait, that’s not unusual for a good doctor in NYC.

Horrible experience. I’m not complaining about the actual service provided but about the horrible way the front desk does things. First, I was scheduled for a SURGERY and was called twice confirming my appointment. I cancelled my work shift for the day to do the surgery but when I walked in, the front desk DIDN’T EVENKNOWTHEREWAS A SURGERYPLANNEDANDTOLDMETHATTHEDOCTORWASN’T EVENPRESENT. When was doing surgery a trivial matter? Besides that, a guy in the front desk, who I remembered the day before that called me to confirm the appt, told me it was some other person that must have made a mistake. PLEASE, I REMEMBERYOURVOICESOTAKERESPONSIBILITYFORYOURACTIONSANDDON’T PRETENDTHATYOU’REALLTHATCLAIMINGYOU’LLSEETOITTHAT I GETMYSURGERYDONE. They then forced me to put on the eyedrops and told me to go to BROOKLYN to get my surgery there 2HOURSLATER. Dr, please use better communication, better management, or better workers.

Referred by a friend of my mom, we came to see Dr Chang last month. He was very pleasant and patient. Gave my mom a thorough exam(unlike some of the other Dr office in the area). We came in the afternoon as the front desk suggested and the wait is not bad at all. Very happy with the office and Dr Chang!

Keith Chang was not available yet the business is in his name. Instead I saw his assistant who was not thorough with my vision examination. That woman constantly went out of the room and taking to multi-task at the same time. She did not make use of the vision equipment that were in the office. Her method was dilation. A waste of time and money for the patient. She said the doctor will call for a follow-up, but they never did. That vision examination was to go towards a written notice for school. The wait was over 1 hour.

My eyes are pretty bad, without glasses, I’m blind as a bat. I went to get my annual eye exam, contacts and eyeglasses and specifically told them so. I told the doctor AND receptionists I wanted a prescription for contacts and glasses. When I called them back to ask for a prescription for my eyeglasses, they told me my eyes were dilated already so they couldn’t write me a prescription. I just wasted one hour of frustration due to their lack of attentiveness!
