surprisingly good and fresh«fast food”/takeout Japanese food

I saw that a new hibachi restaurant opened up on 3rd Avenue on Monday and decided to try it out. Unfortunately, they had a very limited lunch menu, their roll lunch did not come with soup or salad(and it only had 16 types of rolls, none of them very interesting) where two basic rolls were $ 7.95 and three rolls were $ 10.95. Instead, I decided to try the hibachi shrimp lunch, I ordered it with the brown rice. I have to say that the best thing about this lunch was the overcooked broccoli and carrot slices — the brown rice was undercooked, cold and clumpy, the shrimp(of which there were 8 – 9) were sour tasting and fishy — they seemed to be turned(I got sick after eating a few of them) and I was not even offered tea or water — I had to request a cup of water, which came in a tiny cup and was not refilled although I tried to signal the waitress. I told the counter staff of my issues and they ignored me. In all, the $ 9.00 I spent on lunch would have been much better spent elsewhere. I recommend avoiding this place — especially for the sushi, for, if the cooked shrimp are off, how bad would the sushi from this place be?
