Very rude personel and very pricely items. Those animals does know how to talk to clients obviously and treat you as nothing. All household is cheaper in duane read or bed bath and beyond. To avoid by all means

I went here to get my apt keys copied. A nice lady told me to go downstairs and that someone would help me. This man came out with his coworker and took my keys and proceeded to make them. The whole time they were having inappropriate personal conversations and at one point the other guy said. «oh I hope the keys work». I replied back. umm what do you mean I hope they work? They have to because I’m flying out of town and need to give these keys to a friend. The guy said he was joking. I just came home and both keys do not work! I’m so frustrated! I called them up to let them know and that I wouldn’t have time to go all the way back down there and the guy who picked up the phone was so rude and could care less. I just wasted $ 13 to get 2 keys made that I have to throw away. I hope the owner of this place reads this because as a biz owner myself I would NEVER tolerate employees like this.
