Spotted this place on a walk to a meeting for work. Went in to explore. They had a small selection of desserts. The price range was pretty decent. Picked up four different options and walked away paying 9.55! Not so bad. Wish they had more of a selection.

A great little shop, the prices were fair given that most of their stock can be tricky to find elsewhere. I bought a box of Mozartkugelin for a recipe, and will probably stop by again in the near future.

I stopped in for some British chocolates, but none are sold there. Two store clerks working there, one begrudgingly said«Hello». From browsing they sell chocolates and treats from Germany and Spain. If looking for British brands I recommend Tea & Sympathy located a few blocks away at 108 Greenwich Ave. Here you will find all British chocolates, extremely friendly store clerks.

This place is awesome! I felt as if I were in Europe they have a great selection of sweets that brought me back to when I was in Italy and Austria! This is a very clean establishment with very unique European items. Highly recommend!

Their selection was not very impressive. Yes they have various countries, but a very limited selection of product for each. Maybe I am spoiled because of what I experienced in Europe, but most of the(sweet) items I purchased were mediocre at best. One that I can recall is the Italian nutella-esque hazelnut spread — tasted bland and stale. It was on sale, so maybe it was an old product. Also got various assorted chocolates from Austria/Germany, none of the ones I purchased were any good. Again, just pretty bland chocolate without any complexity of flavor whatsoever. The young woman working on the counter when I came in was also unfriendly.

I was looking for snacks on my way to Tenri Cultural, and I found this store, the window displays looks like a deli store. As soon as I went in, I realized it is an European food store. They have everything from Spain, Poland, Germany, and so on. I was amazed by all the foreign brands and especially, the chocolate covered oranges and pears. Finally I decided on the English Classical tea which is very similar to English breakfast tea :) and Chocolate Chip cookies 6 or 7 of them for $ 1.99. The price is reasonable and products are very unique in a good way. Please give a try when you near by University Place.

This store is so much fun. Nice little samples and a lovely selection(especially of sweets/cookies) — takes you right back to the homeland if you’re from Western Europe. The saleslady was really friendly and happy to make recommendations that were clearly not just an attempt to push the most expensive stuff. I thought the prices were pretty reasonable overall anyway. Glad I happened to walk by this place!

This store was a great find as they have wonderful products and excellent prices; particularly, they carried Viennese ground coffee that I adore. However, the reason I gave them 3 instead of 5 stars is they charged sales tax on ground coffee which is not taxable. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, she said there was nothing she could do because that’s how it is in their system. I was hoping my concern would be passed on to the management and the issue would be rectified in the future; but I didn’t get the sense that was going to happen.

This joint puts out at least two handfuls(if you count them individually, not if you fill your hands with mounds of them*) of tasty samples of euro imports, and the sightlines to the register are such that you don’t feel incredibly awkward trying them all(though the cashier certainly knows how this game goes down). BTW, I never learn. are people really too lazy to add listings? This place was open for months(they boldly opened on 09⁄11) before I added the listing 12÷13÷13 and the vultures swooped down almost immediately. *In which case it’d take the hands of many.

Cute little European snack shop. They have a great selection of European chocolates, cookies(biscuits), jams, chocolate spreads, and etc. They also had some savory snacks like bacon potato chips, ketchup French fry chips, salty crackers, breadsticks, and olive oils. Prices were really reasonable! Staff was really nice as well. Will be back when I run out of biscuits.(^_^)

My friend who has been to almost every European country took me here. I picked up a ton of German and Italian delicacies. I do not know the names or what they were but I can describe them. I got these waffle cookies. They were sweet but not overly sweet like many of the American cookies. I usually spread Nutella over them for a nice snack. I got some German cakes which were on sale 2/$ 5. I picked up the strawberry flavor and the chocolate flavor. They are light and airy and have just the right amount of kick to them. I also picked up a lot of Italian crackers and breadsticks. These are great for dipping in olive oil or eating with cheese. Students get 20% if you show your ID. The store is fairly large and the service is great! I will definitely be back to try other European specialties.

Great if all you want is various forms of European chocolate. That essentially comprises most of their selection. But that’s still good since American chocolate, like American cheese, is generally cr@p. To be fair they do have a some non-confectionery items like olive oil. All in all, a cute place.
