It’s a good place for smoothies and juices. They don’t have a big variety of smoothie options on the many but you can customize yours. No extra charge if you add protein powder for the large cup.

Mediocre. Prepared meals look very unhealthy. Smoothies/juices are average. The only thing that worked was that the prices weren’t bad. I used to stop by here A LOT on my way to work because it was so convenient, but never again. GG offers a stamp card with 10 boxes. After the 10th, you get something free. The first few times I went, I wasn’t offered one. Then after I got it, I went there so many times it didn’t take long for me to get a free juice. This was a few months ago. A little less than two weeks ago, I decided to get their stamp card again since I they have PlantFusion unflavored protein powder, which is ideal for when I don’t have time to make a smoothie at home. When I asked for one after purchasing the smoothie, the woman who is there 90% of the time I go there told me they don’t have anymore but«come back next time I am here and I will remember and give you a stamp». Great, I think. So the next time I’m in there about a week later, she’s there. I walk in and order my smoothie and ask for two stamps(for today and the stamp from about a week ago). She looks at me and tells me, «Sorry I don’t remember.» …What? I explain(read: remind) what she told me and she continues to tell me that she doesn’t remember that/she doesn’t remember me/she remembers me being there that day but not what she said that/etc. We go back and forth for a couple minutes, and I’m trying to explain that I am in here at least twice a week for the past 5 months, and again, it’s been less than a week. She responds, «Come back next week and I’ll remember to ask the manager.»(Ohhhh you mean, with your ‘memory’ you want me to repeat what’s happening right now next week? No.) She begins to *think hard* and tells me «you got a free smoothie last week(no, I didn’t). I correct her that it was a juice months ago(and oh by the way, that’s irrelevant) to which she tells me, «No.» What? At this point, I’m really frustrated. What business puts up this much of a fight over a stamp?! I ask to speak to the manager; the manager is not there(he’s never there apparently). She asks if I have a receipt, which I don’t, but I pull up my bank statement which shows the posted GG transaction I’m talking about on 1⁄23. She goes to check her phone and tells me that the 23rd is a Saturday and she doesn’t work on Saturdays. UHH… MENEITHER! Does she have no idea how banks and pending vs. posted transactions work?! She continues to shrug her shoulders and claim she can’t remember but to come back when the manager is in. Frustrated, I tell her I won’t come back ever, and I leave my stamp card there. I couldn’t believe she refused me a simple stamp! Why bother telling me to come back when you won’t remember me? If she didn’t remember me from last week, what about the 15+ other times I was there?! I was clearly a loyal customer before, and the fact that I was SO adamant about getting a stamp(the 3rd out of 10) showed that they could guarantee my money at least 7 more times. Now they’ve lost me and all the people I’ve told at work. I’ve never heard of denying a simple stamp, the very purpose of which is to keep me as a customer. I called back to speak to the manager the next day and the woman who answered hung up on me twice when I asked. Rude. After calling a few more times, I learned that he also works the juice bar at Equinox across the street. Won’t be going there either. There are better juice places around. I am happy walking a 10 blocks down to Juice Generation and paying a higher price tag for better food and service.

I come here at least 3 times a week. I keep coming back because their prices are not bad(comparing this to many juices bars in the area). I love how clean this place is, all the ladies that work here are very kind and attentive. My juice always has the right balance of veggies for it to be delicious. I don’t understand why is not a busier place, but that is fine with me because it’s an in-and-out transaction and I can always walk in(even if I’m late for work) and the ladies deliver very fast! Highly recommend it!

I went here last week to get a smoothie for lunch, but was disappointed by the options on the menu. There are a lot of fruit-based smoothies that seem to have very little nutritional value. Although I was disappointed by this, I liked that I had the opportunity to both customize my own smoothie and also to add a shot of protein at no extra charge(for large sizes). When I asked about the variations of butters, the people behind the counter were confused as to what I was asking. After some back and forth, I learned that they only carried peanut butter — I was surprised by this given that this is a smoothie place on the Upper West Side. Despite the three stars I’m rating the juice bar, which admittedly has more to do with the butter than with the experience, I would go again.

I’ve always enjoyed their juices and smoothies. They let you add protein powder for free into any of their large size smoothie combinations, which is really nice after a good workout from Equinox or soul cycle across the street. They also carry quest bars and other snacks when you want to grab and go. Wish they had acai bowls on their menu though!

Decent prices in comparison to other juice stores in the area and always enjoyed my juices… They don’t have a problem with substitutions if I want to add on or take out from their combinations

Decent juices to choose from. Customer service is like most places in NY where you’re not really acknowledged. No friendly vibe here; it’s more transactional.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I was going pretty frequently and I went in the other and decided to pay the extra $ 1 for the protein. This makes a large juice come out to close to $ 8. The girl made the juice, poured half of it into a blender with the protein powder and turned it on high. This turned the juice into this foamy pink mess. I then asked if I could have the rest of the juice because without the protein foam it would have fit(and usually does) and she said she would have to charge me another $ 5.50 for a small because it’s a lot of juice. Thank yyou Capt. Obvious, that’s why I asked for it! Considering I’m always the only one that’s in there I’m thinking this is not a good business strategy. Plenty of juice places on the UWS, I will not be returning.

I’ve been stopping in here more frequently because the juices are just so fresh and yummy! Great customer service and delicious juices! Quite a selection, from fruit and veggie smoothies to more«dessert-y» type shakes.

Order a peanut butter smoothie for the Mr. which he enjoyed although we primarily stopped by to get a wellness smoothie to help me kick a bad cold. We’d called earlier to get the store hours and were disappointed to find out that they stop making juices well before closing times so they can go through their cleaning regimen. Not sure if this is common practice or only happens on the weekends when the manager is absent.
