The bread of the chicken adobo sandwich was toasty and warm, and the lentil soup was really tasty. Would’ve given 5 stars if there was more guacamole/​avocado in the sandwich

I’m really surprised about the above reviews and quite don’t believe them. We had breakfast at this place 3 mornings in the row cause we liked it so much. Their service was very nice and the food is absolutely amazing. I had the mozzarella pesto twice and it was just delicious. The cheesecakes are very good and not too sweet. It’s worth the price.

Horrible coffee and freezer burned cupcake. I cannot believe that they are even allowed to serve something this horrible. Even worse, I can believe that I still crammed it down my throat. My body is still punishing me for that.

Ordered a hot Chai and a raspberry pastry. Both absurdly sweet. Service is mediocre. I would go anywhere else if you’re looking for a drink or a pastry.

Coffee and food were ok. The service was terrible! The chocolate twist was cold and hard. Not what I expected. I am not a fan of Starbucks but I would choose over this place any day!

Typical Europa, but still nice. Friendly service, ample seating, healthy options. I love the salad bar and they have amazing options for sandwiches, hoagies, and paninis. Try the chicken fajita! Also lots of cool drink options like Naked juice, Honest Tea, Snapple, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Perfect stop for tourists during a visit to Times Square!
