Terrible service and TOTALLYUNSANITARY. Went there last Thursday night at ~9pm. The one person working there couldn’t bother to get off the phone with her friend while she worked, ultimately attempting to make the food I ordered one handed, frequently swapping the phone between her one gloved hand and other non-gloved hand while trying to prepare a wake up wrap. Even worse… I make it a block and down to the subway before looking at what she made and it was missing the egg. She literally couldn’t complete a 3 ingredient sandwich correctly. Shamefully terrible service and totally unsanitary conditions. I hope Dunkin corporate shuts this location down.

very small Dunkin. tried the pumpkin spice latte and a turkey sausage egg and cheese. tastes a bit microwaved but not a terrible meal, plus it’s quite convenient(opened early). will come back often for a quick breakfast before class.

I rarely get coffee from Dunkin Donuts, but being that my apartment is around the corner and Uncommons doesn’t open until after I need to leave for work, I stopped by this DD location for a latte this morning. The latte isn’t the greatest I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t bad either. The service was pretty quick and the place looked fairly clean. However, I was disappointed to find that my grande cup was only halfway full. I think it’s only fair to expect what I had paid for.

Awful latte. 2x I’ve asked for my drink redone. 2x my latte came out tasting like vomit. The favor tastes like burnt espresso beans and smells awful. I can’t go back there. Waste of money!

I’ve frequented this DD maybe 10 times now. The atmosphere of this place is a little bleh, but I like my DD iced coffee and so I keep coming back. It doesn’t look particularly unclean and service is nearly always fast, but also has surly undertones. I try really hard to maintain a positive energetic atmosphere, as I recognize it is an unpleasant job and they’re certainly underpaid. That said, as a consumer, it does deter me from ordering hot products like bagels and sandwiches. If I’m in a mood for a hot product, I’ll often trade up to one of the upscale village breakfast joints in the area. Still, I have some affection for the place, because I’ve experienced so much worse attitude in other Dunkin’ Donuts. As a chain, they really could figure out how to manage their people better(probably stop paying them shekels). I’d pay a little more for a better attitude and would be sucked away from the upscale shops more often.

Dunkin Donuts keeps forgetting that I want no cheese on my sandwich! My experiences in other branches are similar. I’ve learned to be watchful as they make my sandwich, but seriously, they should be able to make that alteration! Also, at this location, the donuts aren’t good relatively to the other locations. It may have just been this time but the strawberry frosted donuts I got tasted too doughy. It needed to be cooked longer. Did not like it at all. Wanted to just eat the frosting. Service is relatively quick. It’s by a train station so I think they are used to customers in a rush. I came by in the early afternoon and it was a bit slow because they were training a new worker. On a side note, the staff members’ uniforms were dirty.

People are always trying to argue that Dunkin Donuts has the best coffee, or that Dunkin Donuts’ coffee is better than Starbucks, or etc. The truth is that Dunkin Donuts’ coffee quality varies hugely from location to location. And, even then, it varies depending on how fresh the most recent batch is. I’ve been to this location three times. All three times, my coffee has been truly awful. There’s also, I think, a perception that because Dunkin Donuts is a fast food chain, the coffee is cheap. But, if memory serves me, the coffee here is basically the same price as Third Rail. Maybe $ 2.30 vs. $ 2.60 for a large. Granted, those $ 0.30 accumulate if you’re a big coffee drinker. But Third Rail is so infinitely better than this Dunkin Donuts location, that the difference shouldn’t matter. Throw in Porto Rico, a couple blocks away, serving up a vastly superior product for half the price, and there’s literally no reason to get coffee at this place.

These people are incompetent, but it is close to my apartment. Make sure to get your receipt that they will NOT give to you. If you get your receipt there is a coupon for a free donut with your medium sized beverage. The Dunkin’ Donuts police should be after this store. They do not uphold the Dunkin’ name.

I mean I thought this place was fine. The guy who took my order was nice, as was the lady who rang me up. They were a little slow making my veggie flat bread sandwich but when I got it it was tasty and done the way all other DD’s do it. The coffee was good too. I don’t know maybe I was so deprived of DD for so long(we didn’t have any where I lived before) that now anything makes me happy. But I doubt that’s the case :).

This place is conveniently located right behind the Kimmel Center at NYU. So naturally, me being an NYU student, I come here kind of often. But this is probably one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts to ever exist. They never seem to have my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts blueberry muffins. It takes way too long for them to make you one of their flat bread sandwiches even though you’re pretty much the only one in the store. Their coffee tastes absolutely terrible. I’m sure if you like to load your coffee with milk and sugar it shouldn’t be a problem. But make sure you add the sugar yourself because they always add way too much sugar. You know it’s too much when the sugar never fully dissolves in your coffee. But if you like to drink coffee black like me, DONOT ever get it from here. Actually the only thing I would recommend you come here for is the doughnuts because there is no way someone can screw up a Dunkin’ Donuts doughnut.

They were not fully stocked of the usual donuts or coffees. They only have ONE person doing the food, coffee and donuts and another on the register. They are really understaffed and the wait is a bit long. I wanted a White Hot Chocolate and they informed me that they were all out. Didn’t apologize, but just said we were out. This should be the new slogan: «America Runs on Dunkins… ONLY if they have what you want »

Saturday morning pretty much you have limited choices for a winter break coffee. This is one, McDonald’s is the other. There’s no iced tea here, though, have to downgrade them on that. No seating here. Just a quick donut/snack/coffee shop.

Great in a pinch after a morning lecture at nearby Skirball(if you’re an NYU student). It’s a tiny space, so they may not have the selection of some other locations, and they are occasionally out of certain things, but it’ll do. The ham egg and cheese on english muffin wasn’t excessively greasy and totally hit the spot.
