This location has done a great job my past three orders. All in 30 mins or less. And all food and sides perfect. Try them out really not bad.

Stopped by Domino’s for some pizza after a concert. Ordered a large two topping. Total came to about $ 18.50. Didn’t think much of it(was tired) and handed my credit card and paid. Next guy walks in and orders a large 3 topping pizza and asks for«the deal». Total comes to $ 10. Ummmm… What? Then I notice on the board they have a deal for a large two topping and cheesy bread for $ 14.99. WTF. Is this how Domino’s trains their employees? Don’t tell people about deals unless they ask for them? How dishonest. What happened to customer service? Is this policy coming from corporate or just this branch? Either way, I will not be going back to Domino’s. You have to be kidding me.

I have recieved poorly made pizza multiple times. Either incorrect order or very minimal toppings. Customer care responded to my negative review but never once offered to fix or provide a courtesy pizza. STAYAWAY!

We just had a disastrous experience. We ordered food over an hour and a half ago and it never came. It was supposed to get here about 30 minutes after we placed the order online. We called to find out what was going on after it was an hour. The guy on the phone tried to hustle us saying that the order was already delivered. He then changed his words to say it would be here in 20 minutes. Another half hour past. We called again. The gut said to wait another 10 minutes. Are you kidding? The food we ordered should have been here already. Don’t bother ordering from this place unless you want to wait a long time!

This place is horrible!!! 1 time I ordered from here using there iPhone app. They delivered my food to someone else’s house and let someone else sign for it smh. They eventually delivered my food after a half hour screaming match on the phone. Listen people, we live in Manhattan, home of the best pizza in the world, no need to even think about calling these guys!

they always deliver to my door. and it used to have a slightly better food. but my last few orders with them, buffalo wimgs gets smallers and too tough, lava cake was burnt and leaking lava :). the pizza is still up to par but it was way too greasy for me. creamy pasta is too dry, sometimes their food is ok, sometimes it’s just waste of money. so i stopped ordering from them few months ago. but the delivery time is ok, around 30 mins if i m lucky.

Ordered wings today and was hoping for delicious, crunchy meat filled BBQ wings… And just what I expected… Soggy wings, bbq sauce just dumped all over them, barely any meat. Disappointment. I would recommend ordering from Gotham Pizza instead. They aren’t too far from this dominoes location.

More like negative star actually. We paid money(including a generous delivery tip) for pizza that was rotten. Tomato sauce was clearly spoiled upon tasting the pizza. When we called, the person who answered said the manager isn’t in till 11 pm and couldn’t do anything about it. Really??? I guess customer satisfaction and quality assurance are not the top priorities at dominos.

After writing my review on Unilocal and to Domino’s Organization yesterday, I received a phone call from Domino personnel to hear my problem and the manager apologized to me and offered me a stuff bread, i accept it, I am so happy because i wonder what the stuffed bread tastes like, and it is good. Thank you to the store manager that react quickly.

Ever have ROTTEN pizza? I have. Just last night in fact. Flat out rancid, inedible. One bite and a short gag reflex later, I was sharing the rarefied air with other members of this elite experience society. This was the final nail in a coffin that took twenty years to build. The obvious aside question: Yo Dave– As a NY born and bred head, why would you ever put your pouty lips to the crust of Dominos? Cause I actually kinda of liked it in a weird way. I didn’t compare to other pizza and it used to arrive hot and very quickly. I could go on but I won’t bother because the 23rd Street store is a disgusting, rank disaster. I actually made the effort to write Dominos and learned that this store is privately owned. Here are the highlights that should serve to illustrate that I am a stupid loyalist that gives every place far too much of a chance. 1) The last half dozen or so times I ordered there was almost zero sauce– no exagg. I genuinely had to look and see if there was any. 2) One time a delivery guy opened my door without knocking. The delivery guys have gotten stranger and ruder over time. Definite spike in the creep factor. Doesn’t really bother me and a couple of them are exceptionally gracious. FWIW– As a former bartender, I tend to over tip. 3) They started arriving late– yes Dominos can take 40 minutes even if you’re close. I started watching the pizza tracker and last night it took the delivery guy about 30 minutes to come five blocks by bicycle. 4) The Pizza Arrived Cold– last night only and the encore was that the box was actually open. Used to be almost odd how hot the pizza would arrive. Downgraded to tepid. 5) I like those cinnastix and order an extra cup of icing– I can rock a diet of an unattended five year old periodically. They charge .50 for the extra cup– three of the last four orders, they did not bring it. As anyone with a cloying sweet tooth knows– this is not about the money and that cinnastix are merely a vehicle to eat what is essentially liquefied oreo filling. 6) Toppings have dropped off precipitously– they are clearly trying to save money. I have seen genuinely laughable amounts of things like pepperoni on my pizza. A couple of years ago, my friend took a picture and mailed it Dominos– corporate did not respond. 7) I have order from this place since the late nineties. It has the same phone number. The last few times I’ve ordered, no one seems to know my apartment anymore. I’ve ordered online for years– my apartment is still in their system. 8) In house staff– a man who agreed his name is Kamran said he was the store manager. At 12:38 when I informed him of the rotten pizza, he seemed very disinterested. They are always disinterested. Unfriendly. I don’t care about accents but someone who speaks legible English would be helpful. Kamran, asked what I wanted him to do. He said he could not send another pizza because it was too late– store was actually open. He offered 50% off my next order. Besides being insulting, he gave zero instruction on how this could happen. He basically hung up without saying much of anything. He does not give a shit. No one there does. Dominos does not need my help to SUCK in New York City but if I can assist to fan the flames of a deserved conflagration that renders this store inoperable, I would do so with the heart of a jaded assasin.

Sometimes it can be pot luck with the quality of the pizza, sometimes over cooked and sometimes it looks like the pizza delivery guy crashed his bike and smashed all the pizzas, this being said, the food is always hot, they always deliver promptly, the delivery guys are always super polite and when there have been problems, they have always fixed them.

They need to have someone who actually speaks English taking the orders here. Every time it’s at least 20 min trying to understand and repeating the order and contact info, they should at least buy a pos and be able to pull up past customers by phone number and not have them repeat themselves a dozen times.

Had made a special trip just to get the $ 7.99 deal carry out only and placed an order through the app and I got a burnt pizza as carry out. This a bad as reaching my office it did not even make sense to call due to distance and time. Moral of the story better to always open box and check. These guys are either blind or working way too fast to give out burnt stuff. Domino’s needs to get their things straight I have faced many of their locations are not upto the mark.

To heed the hope of my taste to attain flavorful pizza Domino’s was sorrowfully the wrong choice. Having no prior knowledge of Domino’s pizza or what they offer for toppings, size of pizza, price but only a mere memory of their savory Parmesan bread sticks and nothing more. Ergo, I inquire the most basic questions: How big is a medium? «Medium is $ 16.99» followed by an immediate rude scowl look and the vulgar«Can you speak English?» What size is a medium or small? I am not exactly sure how a medium is sufficient to feed two adults. Therefore, I do not understand what YOU are saying dude! «Medium is $ 16.99, small is $ 14.99 and large is $ 18.99. Can you speak English?» Oh man! Is a medium 15 inches? Is a small eight inches? This question has nothing to do with price! So, the fat cashier server grabbed one box of each size to depict the diameter length since he was obviously unable to respond. Staff are incompetent as they do not listen to customers! My plan was to order a pizza and return to my workplace as this fat Domino’s cashier’s attitude and abrasive demeanor was very discouraging, coarse, and vile. I quickly scan their takeout menu(their menu is not written on the wall) and order one medium«America’s Favorite Feast» $ 16.99 + tax to quickly get out of this vile dude’s face. Fast forward fifteen minutes later. This same dude was polite with other customers but was vulgar specifically to me again. How much longer will my order be ready? «You order to go right? So you get it to go! Do you understand, you will get it to go!!» Oh man! Again, I projected louder and slower… How much longer will my order be ready? Fifteen minutes, two months, one year? Thankfully a male customer intervened loudly in helping me with: «she asked how much longer!» Not worth the aggravation nor the vile vulgar attitude. Poor customer service and vile communication skills. Mediocre pizza that is overpriced to the high heavens.

The Dominos on 23rd Street is great. The service is always prompt and pleasant. The food is always delivered hot. I like the tracking system they have set up. It is very accurate. Recommend. :0)

This location is hit and miss, so I wish i could stop ordering for delivery. But their stuffed spinach and feta cheesy bread is like a drug to me!
