One of the dirtiest chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Didn’t feel like eating at all here. Staff needs to buckle up. Quality of burrito was average and the overall experience was just the one I would like to forget.

The ordering style is similar to Subway, where you just make your selections as your wobble down the assembly line. Notably, this particular Chipotle only uses local and organic ingredients! Look at the size of that! It definitely filled me up, even though I haven’t eaten for 7 hours prior.

This place is definitely a hit and miss(yes I know what I wrote). I’ve had food from here and it was ok. Usually the line is very long and when you get to the top you’ll see why. Either the employees are goofing off with each other or doing other tasks they’re probably supposed to be doing when the store is closed. There was a line to pay for food because the cashier walked away from the register ANDTHEN came back like it was nothing. On my last visit 7/23, the lady taking my order seem like she was pretending not to understand what I was saying just to roll my burritos up and have me on my way until others started to tell her what I wanted. The next part that had me pissed is that the rice was not fully cook and I realized this when I was home. In Queens. When I order my rice from here, I get it with no cilantro. And as I was eating my burrito, I was crunching on the grains. Aside from the baby scoop of everything they put on your food, aside from the $ 20 I wasted buying this food, this was the first time my mother had chipotle and this is how she’ll remember it. Thanks. I think when I have my next break from class, I’ll spend it looking for the further one.

Worse Chipotle I’ve been too. I bought 2 bowls to bring home for dinner and the quality and lack of service was bad. The rice wasn’t fully cooked and had a bite to it. Asked for lettuce in my bowls and she gave me a pinch of it like I could count on my fingers how many pieces of lettuce she gave me in each one. She worked quick to close up the first bowl but at least I got more lettuce in the second bowl(by asking). The ones a little further away are way better.

Like most other Chipotle’s I see, the line is always snaking around the inside of the store, but they keep it moving quickly. Pretty pricey though if you want a burrito bowl with guacamole — $ 12, but hey, it’s NYC. At least you get a pretty generous portion of food and are out the door in a reasonable amount of time.

Ended up here for Valentine’s day and the staff was so sweet and really hooked us up. My fiancé and I had never been to a Chipotle before and they gave us the rundown of how it works with big smiles:)

I would give it a 3 stars but one they gave me a free meal i dont even know why and I was so shy and shocked and forgot to say thanks properly(I don’t even think I should put this here … I don’t want to get anyone in trouble) but thank you guys! I think what I dislike most are the little portions they put when they’re under pressure. When you ask for more they get mad sometimes, I don’t even know why? but whatever I am on a diet anyway(I’m not). I always avoid coming here when it’s busy because like I said they put little portions of ingredients, specially guacamole(so I ask for it on the side). Also sometimes the music is so loud! They can’t hear me or I can’t hear them T^T but this chipotle is sooo good and convenient and their sprite tastes better than any other I’ve had? Some of them are friendly. Some of them aren’t as much.

The little lady that handles the«pick-up» line is the sweetest. I love her, she always has a smile! If I were to mention a fault, it would be that they have limes instead of lemons a lot. I’m a lemon girl. Limes tend to get dry and aren’t as juicy and sweet. Lemons are also an important factor in the taste of my burrito’s and bowls. Other than that, their great. I also never eat in, unless it’s off peak hours.

This place isn’t the best but it isn’t the worst. It has it’s perks but a lot of flaws! On a rainy day it’s busy. On a snowy day it’s busy. Even on your birthday it is busy. Ok minus the last one but yeah it’s always busy and lines are ridiculously long even in off peak hours. I blame the staff because I personally saw with my eyes. I actually ran out of options as I went to Whole Foods earlier that day, I didn’t want to go back there because I actually craved Chioptle. The line again was long but I waited. I wondered why it was moving so slow till I got to the front. The girl taking my order greeted me and then said wait one moment sir and started joking around and yelling with her co-workers. Now I know why it is slow. Other then that the place is small and doesn’t have much seats. There’s a better location a little bit further up on Broadway. They’re more spacious and less wait time. Cons– –staff don’t take the job seriously –long, long, long lines that wrap around the store –not many seats Pros– –ideal for students –clean

I’ve gone to so many chipotle franchises over the past decade plus, and this is hands down THEWORST chipotle location I’ve ever been too. Service is slow, stingy, and often inept; the tortillas break ~90% of the time(not even exaggerating on that); and the place is PACKED from 11 to 3(partially on account of how slow they are). I LOVE chipotle, but I find myself going to the Dos Toros nearby because the service and quality are so much better than this particular location. Really hoping they open a different chipotle in this neighborhood ASAP.

Generally very good, typically super-long lines but fast and polite staff. Only problem is the door auto-close device is busted, so with all the people pedantically holding the door for others, the inside can get as cold as 40°F and stay there. I just hope the staff don’t have to suffer as a result.

This one of the worst chipotle I ate at not because the food taste different, because that’s all the same but more because of the experience itself. There is often a long line and it’s not just because they are successful, it’s because they are super super slow!!! And the burritos are smaller than in other locations.:(

There’s a bird flying around the restaurant and everyone that works there has a bad attitude. I don’t know what’s worse. I think it’s a bad attitude. When spending my money in an establishments I expect to work this to be a lot friendlier. I’ve worked retail so I know what it’s like to have to deal with people when you don’t want you. However, bad service means no customers, no customers means no job

I really like Chipotle! So, i am biased right there! Its such a great bet for vegetarians. This Chipotle is really good – The food is fresh. They are constantly busy with all the many many people who breeze in and out. The staff is friendly. They were happy to give me an extra helping of rice in my bowl and added gravy to the beans. I am giving it a 4, not a 5 because it was hot inside– the air was not working on a hot day in July! Also, i didn’t seat myself in the most convenient location, so i was already a little uncomfortable. But, the food was good ^_^

I love Chipotle, but I HATE this location. My office orders takeout from them regularly and they have only gotten everyone’s order right once. Just one time. We came very close to actually calling and congratulating them but felt that would be too snarky. The lines are long, the portions stingy, the employees understandably sour, but what makes it so bad is the food itself. The carnitas are always dry and come in giant, flavorless chunks. And they always burn the frreakin fajita vegetables. This has happened multiple times and I’ve decided I’m just done going to this location. Who wants to spend 10+ dollars on something that’s completely inedible because you included BURNED food. The whole burrito bowl tasted like the burned vegetables. Mind you, were not talking a little overdone. We’re talking black. I’ve uploaded a photo. Not even fast food joints should be serving black, charred, food to paying customers.

Place is very small and has limited seating. Expect to have to get food to go during lunch time. Early dinner time was not nearly as crowded as lunch time. I had a steak burrito bowl. The bowl is great to keep carbs/calories down. They offer brown rice. Still lots of the items to add to the burrito bowl are high cal/carb. They list the calorie range for the bowl from 200 – 700 depending on what you add. My burrito bowl was delicious. I’d order again. The servers at counter were good but had to remind checkout girl about giving me a cup for drink I ordered. What I didn’t like crowding and small space. But the worst part was that the tables were filthy with food left from patrons during the day. Food all over them and definitely hadn’t been wiped down for a long while. Big turn off.

Chipotle really deserves an award for being able to maintain such good quality of their food so well across 100s of locations. Almost every single Chipotle I’ve been to will make me the same mouthwatering, tasty and inexpensive burrito, burrito bowl and salad(those are my go-to items). And each time, I’m convinced it’s too big to eat in one sitting yet I find myself smiling in victory as I conquer yet another Chipotle monstrosity(they redefine huge portions). This TriBeCa location is no different: lines move quickly, the food is delicious and inexpensive, location is well-kept and clean, employees are happy campers. I’m convinced that the burrito I ordered here was larger than usual — hard to believe, I know — but it’s true. Still amazingly delicious all the same though! Extra corn, extra guac, extra good!

Chipotle is a Chipotle is a Chipotle. This one is a little more incompetent then others, but what are you going to do? They opened up in a prime lunch spot and weren’t ready for the influx of orders. Oh well.

No problems at this Chipotle. Nice, fast service and reasonable prices. They should have found a bigger location because this place gets pretty packed. I like this chain because they offer some healthier options compared to other fast food chains.

I’d almost never think of giving a Chipotle 4 stars but, amid the barren wasteland of quick lunches that is Tribeca, this place is a like a shining beacon of corporate burrito salvation. Having worked in mid-town for a while, Tribeca is, by comparison, abysmal for lunch options unless you have a full hour plus and are planning to sit down. Mercifully, this Chipotle at least offers the opportunity to grab a decent quick bite. At lunch the line will be obscenely long, but they move through it pretty rapidly. As far as messed up orders, I’m a simple burrito guy and I’ve never had any issue. It’s kind of shocking to me that anyone would complain about a messed up order given that you watch them make and package everything right in front of you. Sure, there’s room for some improvement here. But, if you are looking for a quick lunch that actually has some semblance of flavor and isn’t going to break the bank, this place hits the spot.
