Everyone was very helpful and explained my options clearly. I received a follow up email from them (not Verizon) confirming that everything was ok. Appreciated that. Great experience and would recommend to people who normally aren’t a fan of the Verizon experience.

Best verizon service experience I’ve ever had live or otherwise. I cannot say that about all NYC Verizon locations — a couple where I’ve had horrible experiences.
My iphone 6 screen smashed. Seemed barely useable and I was concerned that I’d lose photos and docs I hadn’t updated. Mordi gave me best options and then assured me he’d be able to transfer everything– which he did. He also let me know what upgrades I was eligible so was informative without being pushy. His shift was over and Shay stepped in and helped me with misc questions I had to download my apps and music etc. They were absolutely wonderful and so knowledgable about options, plans, transferring data and the iPhone 6.
I walked in so stressed and left so relieved and happy. I would travel to this location to deal with issues just to have the knowledgable attentive service I had there.

I was in a rush but grew tired of my half working headsets providing music just on one side. so I figured I can pop in here real quick for new ones. I knew what I wanted, needed no sales pitch, nor was I open to one. The gentleman that assisted me was pleasant enough while his coworker was assisting someone else in a sale that looked like it was going well. I provided my information but was bothered by the lengthy series of questions that was clearly going nowhere. It felt to me, as a former VZW corporate sales employee of 5 years, that he was perusing through my account as if to prepare for a pitch to something. My answers were short (but I remained polite because I knew the sales-​game) as I wanted to convey my disinterest in a conversation leading somewhere. After 5 – 10 minutes (of what should’ve taken 45 seconds), he advises me to reply ‘yes’ to an incoming text for a discount. My issue is not that the discount was offered; it is that I was not asked for prior consent if I wanted to receive this marketing text. I hate to have my number associated with any mass texting tools, premium SMS, guest lists and etc. especially if I did not initiate signing up for anything myself. Even when I asked what the text was for, expecting an answer like «a one time discount», «current promotion on accessories», or «weekly subscription to discounts», the only explanation I received was «it’s a discount». Sure, I could’ve got the discount and just replied ‘no’ or ‘stop’ to future texts… but if every company felt it was okay to dole out such texts for every transaction you make without your consent, I’d be spending just as much time replying ‘stop’ as I do deleting my spam emails. No, thank you!

Went to mobile guru yesterday they were excellent my husband bought the iphone6+ they were so helpful gave us great deals with accessories, helped bring down our monthly bill! I wish I had gone there for my iPhone 6!!!

This is my neighborhood Verizon store and I’ve been relying on them for years for all my cell phone and tablet needs. They have always provided all the hand-​holding and advice I needed. Everyone there is patient and knowledgeable. Today Asif walked me through a phone upgrade and iPad purchase. He was terrific!

These guys are terrific. I went in a few weeks ago to buy the new iPhone and change my service over from AT&T to Verizon. They helped me call AT&T to make sure I wouldn’t be charged, and then they ordered the phone. When it arrived, I went back in and they set it up for me while I went across the street to go grocery shopping. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I recommend them wholeheartedly, especially Asif — he is the best!

I bought 4 phones there in the last 12 – 18 months. The customer service is surprisingly good. Harry goes out of his way to make the whole process of buying and activating a new phone easier. The wireless providers customer service is notoriously bad — but these guys can help you navigate the maze. I buy all my phones here — even though in some cases I can buy them cheaper online.

I have been coming here for years, always get a service with a smile. They are beyond awesome adn helpful in every way! Thanks guys!

Asif assisted me in trying to figure out what phone to upgrade to. I was extremely indecisive and these guys walked me thorugh all the options, the pros and cons, as well as all my other random questions (how is interface? battery life? iphone vs. samsung perks? how does international roaming work?)
They were extremely patient and knowledgeable, and didn’t push anything on me. Transferred all my data perfectly onto my new phone. Overall a very painless experience — which I find rare when dealing with any cellphone carrier. Thanks guys!

Horrible Customer service, they totally take advtanage of there employees. I wanted a sim card to work for another phone, they wanted to charge me 20 dollars, when you go to a verizon store its free. they are a authorized store, but i been to many and only charge 5 dollars. do not go here, they have no respect for there customers.

I had a great experience with them at first when they helped transfer everything from my old iPhone to a new one. Then I found out that they didn’t do the backup correctly and someone else’s iTunes was on my phone. They had no interest in fixing what they did even though I paid for the service. They told me to go home and redo the whole thing myself. Thanks for the help guys.

This is my local retailer and these guys always take care of me. I recently had an issue with my current phone and customer rep Asif got me up and running. He showed me all the new features of my new phone and answered all my questions.

Harry and his team are great. They always go the extra step to make sure I’m all set up and satisfied. The store itself is well organized, clean and has a variety of accessories and phones.
The entire team is extremely generous with their time and is very knowledgable. I always recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Great service! I came here to switch service from T-​Mobile to Verizon, my account was transferred and set up in no more than 10 minutes. Perfect combination of chillness and competence. Big thanks to Hardeep. I’will definitely recommend this store to those who are considering using Verizon.

What more can I say — these guys are attentive, knowledgable and as the past reviews state, always going out of their way to find a cost effective solution for their customers. They make what is normally a frustrating experieince very pleasant.

I can’t say better things about this Verizon store — hands down, some of the greatest customer service you’ll find in the city. Harry (the owner) is such a cool, laid-​back guy and will go to great lengths to help solve your phone issues however he can. This is one of those places where being small totally benefits the customer — one-​on-​one care completely void of that corporate BS.
I’m actually a T-​Mobile customer and went in here to troubleshoot phone issues for my boss… and will totally switch over once my plan is up – that’s how awesome they are. They’re super knowledgeable, totally have your best interests at heart and aren’t there trying to upsell you or screw you over.

I spoke with Jeremy, and he was very helpful. They did not have a plan that was right for me, because of the kind of phone that I have. But he was honest, answered my question, and didn’t try to sell me something that wasn’t going to work. And he showed me a couple shortcuts on my phone that I wasn’t aware of.

I have always found these guys to be very helpful, I have a multitude of phones and family members with varied levels of aptitude for their phones, and the folks here have been respectful and patient with my teens on up. I try to make an effort to go here rather than any other Verizon store because I know they go above and beyond and I want to reward that.
I have worked with several people in the store (there are only a few) and had the same pleasant experience with all of them. They get the job done — and within the confines of what Verizon makes possible, they always save me $. And hours on the phone were I to try to deal with Verizon directly!

Ask for Malik, he is very very nice and extremely helpful. I have lost/​broke my phone an obscene and embarassing number of times this year so far, and every time I have come in Malik has been helping a few people at once and there has never been a line.
