I really cannot believe this place has only 1 other review. I just want to start off saying they have been open 20 years! Which is a crazy, it’s ran by grandma and grandpa, mom, and her two kids. Ceci is my favorite spanish restaurant in Inwood. Prices are good food is solid. I usually go with the mofongo with shrimp or the chicharrón de pollo sin hueso (fried chicken chunks without bones.) Also, the garlic sauce is amazing!

omg! and they deliver!
had the arroz con abichuelas– GREAT!
carne empanizado– it was moderate
tostones– YUM!
and the dish i would be buried with– the mofongo con queso. X_​X litterally the best mofongo ive had! ever!!!
the chicharron de pollo (sin huesos) was the perfect pairing for the mofongo or arroz con habichuelas. i will be eating here every chance i get!
