I haven’t lived in NYC for a year now, but… this place chapped my hyde so badly, that I feel inclined to write a review. I decided to give this place a shot because of all the rave reviews found on citysearch(sorry Unilocal,I didn’t know about you yet). It was OK at best, the package was affordable so I gave in. I really regret that because I find the place to be dirty, gray, and cold. Plus, the prices have since increased. Not such a good deal anymore. But the real complaint is that my package expired but the nice receptionist told me to go ahead and take the class for half price. Later on, I get a personal email from Dia(the owner) how she is not to be held responsible for my classes running out and that I need to go back and pay her. True, it expired, but your staff member told me to go ahead. That was just good customer service. If you have a problem with that, then train your staff to be rude like you. Don’t take a personal vendetta out on your customers! DIAISNOT A NICELADY. AND!!! Don’t trust the citysearch reviews because: A) all the rave reviews are commonly made by «downdog» or «karma» (fake much!!!) B) she had my REAL review removed. keep it up sister. I’ll keep making sure the truth gets out.
