I have ordered here three times because I work overnight and it is one of the few Chinese places open after midnight. Every time they have gotten order wrong. I’m not even sure what it is they sent this third and final time.

Would give 0 if I could. Delivery estimate said 30 — 45 minutes. 1.5 hours later still no food. The weather was great tonight, so no reason for this. When I called the restaurant they kept saying«5 minutes, deliveryman is so close». 15 minutes later nothing. Generally frustrating to have an order that late, but insulting to be lied to and blown off when calling to ask about timing.

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive, even though the estimate was 15 – 30 minutes. Every time I called they kept saying it just left. The delivery guy got to my office building and called me demanding that I come downstairs to the lobby to get it. I was manning the phone because our receptionist was out sick so I couldn’t leave. I finally convinced him to come upstairs and when he did, he screamed at me in front of my entire office for not giving enough of a tip(I gave $ 3 on a $ 10 lunch special, which I thought was pretty generous, especially considering how long it took). He’s lucky he got a tip at all given his attitude and how long it took, and arguing over a tip thats close to 30% is just rude. The food was also cold by the time it got there.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have no idea what the foods like, because it never came. After 30 minutes late for delivery, I called the restaurant and they said the drivers out already he’s ten minutes away. Another hour after that they said ‘give me a few more minutes ok?’ Two hours late they agreed to deliver my meal for free, and guess what. It never showed up. Incredibly unprofessional and ridiculously frustrating for the hungry person waiting!

I ordered from this place once after coming home in a drunken stupor and got the Pad Thai. As soon as I opened the bag I knew I had made a huge mistake, I was desperate and hungry enough to eat most of it but regretted the decision immediately and for several days after. My friend just asked what the worst thing I ever got from Seamless was and without even taking a minute to think the horror of this meal instantly popped into my head. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Moo shu pork was not that great. The pork looked and tasted like mystery meat. It was weighed down with lots of watery cabage. I was sorrow ly disappointed as most Chinese restaurants don’t carry moo shu so when i saw that they did, i went nuts. its been 4 years since i have had moo shu. The crêpe/pancake was perfect. The sweet and sour sauce taste commercial… the cheese wonton are ok. This place is popular but not authethic. This order was done through seamless. Seamless should vet restaurants before endorsing them. My 2nd and last time doing seamless.

General Tso’s chicken wasn’t any better than something you would find at a food court in a shopping mall. But it was $ 17 after tax and tip. Not worth it :-/

So, by 4 stars, I don’t mean it’s a 4 star restaurant(never actually been inside, just takeout a bunch of times). So if you’re comparing this to say, Mr. Chow, for example, it wouldn’t get 4 stars. This is a standard Chinese food place… You know what I mean. Plain, good, greasy, not-so-good-for-your-health kind of Chinese. It’s like comparing a regular good slice of pizza or hot dog stand food to a gourmet restaurant. Don’t. The food has always been consistent. It’s like starbucks… I can always rely on the sesame noodles, steamed pork dumplings, and chicken fried rice(my usual order), to taste the same every time. Although there isn’t anything«special» about this place, the food tastes good and delivery takes a standard amount of time. Cannot comment on the inside of the place itself. But my god are these reviews harsh. If you grew up in Manhattan you would know what standard Chinese takeout is like. Pipe the F down. I probably would have given this place 3 stars(I really feel it is 3.5 if you want to know); but I want to boost the ratings for all you pretentious not even manhattanites out there. Done and done.

This establishment should be shut down! The act of ordering food and having it delivered to my apartment is something I truly love. Usually thai food is great take-out, minus the exception of this place. When I removed the food from the bag I already could tell that this was gonna be awful. The food was discolored and extremely unappealing to the eye and nose. I for some reason stupidly thought that I would give it a taste still just to see if maybe it was redeemable. THAT’S A MISTAKE! I instantly wanted to vomit and couldn’t take another bite at all. I am so pissed off right now because i was craving some good chicken pad thai and instead got a pile of zoo poop. I am not making this up, it seriously tastes like it is a dirty pile of garbage. There were these brown cubes in it i guess they were supposed to be mushrooms. When have you ever had pad thai with mushrooms in it anyways?! I would rate Accord Asian Cuisine negative stars if I could but this unfortunately isn’t an option on Unilocal.Save your stomach the troubles and stay away from this place.

So yeah, the food isn’t outstanding or anywhere close to that. It’s as basic as you can get, kind of close to tasteless. However, when it’s nearing midnight and you’re starving, this place will deliver your food and they’ll deliver it quick. I got my food in under 30 minutes and while I didn’t absolutely fall in love with my noodles, it wasn’t anything a little salt couldn’t fix. By no means would this be my go to place, but if you’re looking for some food and you need it fast, this place will deliver on that…

If I could give this establishment 0/5, I would. For a business that wants to attract more customers(as indicated by the fact that they pay for so much promoted posting), they certainly don’t know how to supply the current demand they already have. For starters, the phone number listed for the business(on all sites but their own) has been disconnected. I would say to call them(correct number is 646−789−2400), but what’s the point? They don’t answer. And when I finally got through, they told me the food would arrive in 5 minutes and was on its way. I waited 45 minutes between that phone call and the delivery. Total wait time: 2 hours 15 minutes. Then let’s talk about food. I expect generic Chinese takeout when I order from this place, but the food is so much worse. Inedible is probably the term I would use. If you don’t know how to run a business, don’t open one, yeah? Harsh? Please. These fools don’t know anything about delivering a service to customers in a timely or congenial manner. Don’t make my mistake.

I have ordered Cashew Nuts Lunch Special through GrubHub(delivery) on Jan 22014 at 11:57AM. It is after 2pm now — been more than 2 hours. My food is still not here… I called GrubHub but of course they didn’t pick up the phone nor answered to my chat. I also called directly to the restaurant but they kept talking to me in Chinese. I am beyond upset and dissapointed. If you are looking for a food delivery in Soho, please don’t event think about this place and find somewhere else. Hope this saves your precious time!

I’ve only had seamless-placed orders from here, but they have all been delivered within 20 minutes. The lunch specials are a great option, especially since they give you the option of brown rice, which I love, The diced chicken and shrimp was decent but I did notice that the chicken was not pure white meat. The mushroom and zucchini with baby shrimp was also solid, although the actual flavor was pretty mainstream. Portions are decent, too. The only detractor was the egg roll which was filled with cabbage and a few shreds of food coloring-coated char siu; it wasn’t that flavorful at all. The hot and sour soup was spicy and came with plenty of soft todu and mushrooms. Most of the lunch specials are abou $ 7, with free delivery. Not bad.

Pro’s: Under an hour for delivery. General Tso’s chicken is amazing!!! Fried cheese wontons are exactly the way we like them!!! Chicken with mixed vegetables is great– nice fresh veggies and breast meat! Wonton soup good too!!! Cons: Chicken lo mein was so-so. It’s a bit expensive. All in all we are happy with our order. And will order from here again!!!

I’ve consistently been pleased when ordering from here on seamless. I always get Chinese dishes(because it’s what they are actually good at). The pork dishes are really good, the pork is lean and cooked well. This place is all about the sauces, so I would recommend the meat dishes in sauces. The lo mein is tasty as well… Really good dumplings.

You only have to look at the limited number of reviews on this page combined with the fact that they’re all miserable ratings to know how terrible this place is. It’s ok if food comes 1.5 hours late — I can deal. What is worse is when the food arrives soggy to the point of falling apart, and looks like something you would never want to eat, much less look at. What is UNACCEPTABLE is calling them to both check up on the food and to complain about the food afterwards, and receiving a disgruntled, insincere and unapologetic response. Are you trying to run a business here or ruin one?

A lesson on how not to order Takeout– Accord Asian is a new restaurant on SEAMLESS, so we gave it a try. We order from the menu on Seamless’ website. Chicken w. Broccoli $ 9.95 Orange Flavored Chicken $ 11.95 — — — — — — — - We got the delivery and were happy but… I looked at paper menu and discovery there is a Lunch Specials $ 6.95! Looked at Seamless again, NOLUNCH Special on the MENU. . . Felt cheated but not hungry.
