I recently injured my foot and was looking for scooter rental for a conference I was supposed to attend while New Orleans and after searching online I came across Total Access Mobility. Not only did they have the best rates in town (trust me I looked), their customer service was even better.
I specifically want to acknowledge Daniel in particular. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was very attentive throughout the whole process. When I emailed him for a quote he got back to me right away and if he missed my phone call it was returned promptly the next morning. He walked me through the whole process and even offered to deliver my scooter rental directly to my hotel. Now that’s service!
If anyone is looking for a mobility rental next time they’re in New Orleans look no more, you will not be disappointed with Total Access Mobility!

My grandma broke her leg on the cruise ship and needed a motorized scooter for our remainder trip in new Orleans. We got great service by our rep. The price was a great deal and they delivered it to our hotel in a very timely manner. I would strongly recommend this company to people needing wheel chairs and services.
