These guys need to hire smarter. The employees are all slow, and seem to not understand basic courtesy or business. Their training is sub-par, which leaves the end result inconsistent and irritating.

The smoothies are good, but the cups are easily punctured and I’ve brought almost all of them back with little holes. It’s so aggravating. Switch to plastic or something else that doesn’t puncture so easily! Especially since you offer kids drinks. The customer service is complete crap. They’re slow, always only have one or two people who are equally incompetent. And did I mention they take forever? I’ve done this while waiting for my smoothie and and by the way, she made the guy behind me’s smoothie first. Wtf?! Also had a zillion real conversations too and it’s still not done.

The absolute worse customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my entire 44 years. «Shonquell L» ask me with the most unprofessional attitude«are you sure, because I’m tired of people order drinks then bringing them back» I give her a blank stare in disbelief. She goes on to say«this cost us money & I’m tired of it» again blank stare. I said I’m not sure why you feel the need to tell me that? « Shonquell L: I’m just tired of it «It’s getting on my nerves». Me: I give her my card & ask what does have to do with me Shonquell L: I’m just saying Me: Is that good customer service Shonquell L: I don’t know Me: well it’s not and since you have so much attitude make sure my drink is right. Shonquell: neck & eye roll Me: what your name little girl Shonquell L: she repeats my name. And proceeds to talk to the rest of the staff as if she’s just don’t something grand. It’s SO disgustingly sad that at such a poplar chain that customer service is SO poor. I looked for the manager immediately but could find it. But trust me I’m not stopping here. Oh and I took her picture which pissed her off, whose laughing now & how funny is it.
