Very cute, small shop featuring some fancy gift-y household items(think cheese slicers and wine bottle openers), pieces from local artists, and plenty of vintage prints from botanicals to maps to kids. There is custom framing available as well. This shop is, unfortunately, closing soon. Which I guess is a little fortunate for consumers and shoppers because everything is on massive sale markdowns. I got a very pretty infrared photograph print of Audobon Park from a local artist(can’t remember the name) already matted for just $ 20 to put in my NOLA-themed living room. All items are 50−75% off so head down before it’s too late! I saw many more items that would have made beautiful additions to my collection if I only had a larger home to put them in. Only so much wall space in my condo, sadly! The proprietor was very nice and helpful as well.

The store is closing so everything on sale. Lots of art work and fancy home décor items. My guess is she’ll be open through the end of December. This block of magazine has gotten fancier and fancier over the last few years and I guess landlords want rent that reflects the fanciness. If you’re not clear on what the discount is on an individual item, ask. There are drawers and drawers of illustrations and old maps. She is also selling some framing stuff. Get there before the end of December. I hope the owner finds a new more affordable location
