Horrible service when I asked for the key to the restroom with my hand out the lady just threw the keys at the counter how rude! And when I’m leaving she just gave me my drinks and walked to the back no thank you or nothing Wow! And the drinks hardly had flavor very bland. Will not return to this location. Good luck

I love boba and stop by any shop I can. The boba drinks here are a little less than mediocre mostly made from powders and pricey. It taste like flavored ice water. They also wouldn’t let me use the restroom before paying! I told them I will order when I’m done. The guy refused! Are you serious! Are you that hard up?! I’m a couple of months pregnant so you can say my bladder is weak and patience is short for rude service. When I come here I feel I’m settling and stop by when I’m desperate for a drink when I’m in the area but never again.

My favorite of all time is probably the Chai Frappé with Boba. So good! My sister and I are hooked on this stuff. Owner already knows us type of hooked, lol.

I normally go to boba loca in Downey. I decided to try this one out and if you’re looking to receive good customer service you’re in the WRONG place. Also they did not accept our frequent buyers card from the other boba loca. He tried to offer us their card here but no thank you. I will DEFINITELY not be coming back here. I should’ve known better than to come here after seeing their reviews.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 years. They used to have a frequent buyer card. I don’t even bother. Their drinks are just average and run on the pricey side. If you use your ATM it has to be over a certain monetary amount. And they charge a fee as well. So, bring cash if you can.

You must be loca to enjoy this place. I ordered a Thai tea slush with boba, and the slushie aspect to the drink was so unbelievably sweet I almost gagged. And let me tell you… I LOVE sweet. So, for this drink to be so sweet it made me sick. Just awful. Now, the boba was just as bad! Definitely was not fresh and it seriously tasted like I was chewing on balls of Vaseline or something. The flavor was just off. I will not be returning to this establishment or recommending this location to anyone. If you want a good drink with boba, don’t be loca and GOSOMEPLACEELSE!

Maybe its just my naïve nature, but when a business says it closes at 10:30, one might accidentally assume that said business is actually open until 10:30. Maybe it was silly of me to think that it would hold to that time … especially on a Friday night. Unfortunately the closing time has not yet come, but the shop looks like it’s been abadoned for quite some time(I’m pretty sure I saw cobwebbs on the entryway). Guess it’s just not my night :/ Try and stay cheerful ;)

Place is ok. Just ok Not very friendly people work here. The strawberry banana smoothie tasted like a powder based was used and not real fruit. Boba didn’t Taste fresh. If you’re not a real boba connoisseur then come here. But if you know what Good fresh boba tastes like then pass this place up

I love coming here with my son. We get watermelon slushies with boba and I sometimes get Thai tea with boba, both are very good! We’re always greeted and our drinks are always done pretty quick.

Never been to this location. I just got a regular milk tea with boba. The milk tea was pretty good. The boba on the other hand was soft, chewy, BUT had ZERO flavor. Whack. Not sure if it’s a new owner since the latest review is pretty old. Note — The parking lot is retarded too hahaha. The parking angles are opposite directions wtf. You’ll find out when you get to the plaza.(this did not affect my rating).

I love that this place opens up at 9am… earlier than most places by an hour or two. It allows me to grab a boba before I head off to work. I wish they knew how to make good unsweetened green teas though. I guess no one really asks for unsweetened stuff, so when I got my green tea with boba, HOly MOHLY it was so bitter I almost got sucked inside out… The green tea was friggin strongggg! O. O I added milk later which made it soooo much better… The bitterness, although shocking, did the trick I need from a good green tea: keep me alert during work lol.

BOBA!!! Well I’m a student at Cerritos College and I found this place on Unilocal because I was craving BOBA!!! So I decided to try it being that all the reviews were good. Well the reviews are correct this place is awesome!!! The BOBA is cheap too!!! I spent $ 7 got a large BOBA fusion green apple and a strawberry cheesecake. Location is very small, but I didn’t mind since I was getting it to go. I have class from 7−10pm. My only complaint would be to repair the toilet. I used the restroom while they mixed my drink and the toilet didn’t flush completely. After informing the worker he immediately put a out of order sign on the door. Friendly workers, surround by other food places, and perfect for a quick snack… I’ll be back at least once a week…

It cost $ 3.45 for a medium slushee with Boba. My favorite thing to get here is the Taro slushee with boba. A+++ the only reason why I’m taking away a star is bc, on rare occasions, parking is not available. ohh! and there’s a Tommy’s next door so you can get your fatty on!

I can finally write my 5 Star review for this business!!! Why??? I’ve finally gone beyond the yum Boba drinks and tried the shaved ice!!! The House Shaved Ice is the perfect combination of cold, sweet, yum, chewy, fruity goodness!!! The shaved ice I ordered didn’t have strawberries(can’t have ‘em) but it did have diced mango and watermelon, Boba, red beans, some green jelly things, and vanilla ice cream. So yum!!! It’s actually my first try at Korean shaved ice, and I have to say that it reminds me of Filipino Halo Halo. The Boba drinks here are always perfectly made(and the Boba is consistently chewy and soft!!!) and the shaved ice is a perfect treat, especially in this awful So. Cal. summer heat(a small size is more than enough). I always enjoy the Almond Milk tea, as well as the Taro Milk tea, and Jasmine Milk tea. Hubby has always liked the Thai tea, and most recently the Coconut Frapp. My daughter loves the Honeydew and Taro flavors(slush or milk tea). And my boy loves the blueberry, watermelon, and taro slushes Boba Loca = YUM!!!

We decided to try some boba here since it was the first boba joint we saw after exiting the freeway in Norwalk. My cousin, who was visiting from the East Coast wanted only two things from this visit: boba and a churro. We were on a boba mission. I love boba and have had my fair share of them. I ordered my usual, almond milk tea boba. Big mistake. The boba was sweet and chewy and the only reason for the one star. My almond milk tea was frothy and bubbly, and thick like a milk shake. Very un-milk tea like. Also, my drink was nearing lukewarm temperature by the time it reached my hand. Needless to say i was very sad and will not be wasting my money here anymore.

Love love their HOUSESPECIALSHAVEICE. I haven’t try anything else here except their SHAVEICE bc I am so hooked on this. I admit there are better Korean Red Bean Shave Ice«pa bin su» But this place isn’t bad if you are around the cerritos area. There’s both outside and inside seating! This place is quiet small but has a lot of choice for boba, tea, and coffee. The do have another flavor for shave ice ~ the MANGOSHAVEICE but it is only good when it is in season. The HOUSESPECIALSHAVEICE gives you a variety of everything: Mochi, red bean, mixed fruit, coffee, vanilla ice cream, boba, strawberry, kiwi, banana, condensed milk. This comes in a decent size bowl and its perfect for a group of 4 to share. Been to this place and ordered the same thing for years now and would definitely come back again!

No Asian females to force me to drink Boba, so I snuck into this Boba-Loca to try thier fruit smoothies. This is in the same lot as the H-Mart, great parking, on the Alondra/Pioneer corner. My Asian/Chocolate/Vanilla dream I requested thier chocolate milkshake and I enjoyed it so much. They served it in a boba cup with the sealed lid. I drank the first 20 percent so fast I felt my brain freeze, and I felt my body freeze standing there, I was scared for a while. From the perspective of a classic americana shake fan, I really enjoyed this shake, i do want to try it again, a reward for exercising. The place is small but it has seating area. There is also a small table for 15min internet use for customers($ 3.50 and up). The guy there was cool and quick. They had other items including various fruit slushie smoothies, tea, frapps, capps, coolers and of course Boba! I want to be back for thier chocolate milkshake which has the option for additional Boba flavor, a comprimise if I am forced to drink Boba, lol.
