Jamba Juice

The family and I come here on thursday we call «jamba juice thursdays» its our thing!
this place makes the drinks right every time, the staff is friendly.

I usual get the green apple drink but this time it was a little gritty still tasted good though
Just please clean your fruits and blenders well for the next use. Otherwise I would’ve given a 5 star

Very friendly staff, always greet you when you walk in, I always order what they have on the menu, this location has never disappointed me.

My husband accidentally forgot his wallet here on a Sunday night around 820 ish. We got home and realized we forgot it. So we called and asked if there was anything like a black wallet turned in. The guy who answered said none at all and that nothing had been turned in for weeks already.
My husband was very sure it was there since that’s the last place he used it. So we went back and I asked the lady who worked there if there was anything turned in and they all said nothing was in the lost and found box or whatever.
So of course, we cancelled all his cards etc.
The following afternoon my husband decided to call again to ask if his wallet was found and they said yes it was there and he even asked if they just found it this morning and they said it was already there by the time the morning shift arrived.
So we went and picked up his wallet. When the lady pulled out a box of stuff that was left there, there were 2 other wallets apart from my husband’s wallet.
ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?!? Were you trying to keep the wallets there for like 30 days so you can end up keeping it? I mean, there was $ 4 in his wallet in cash… so it’s not like the money was such a huge issue. But what if the other wallets had someone’s rent money in there or something? The reason why we needed it was for sentimental reasons. There was a baby picture of his deceased mother in his wallet along with his veterans card.
You guys really need to get your shit together.
Also, you’re putting too much ginger in the citrus kick and I’m pretty sure there isn’t any ginger in the orange supreme.

They never fail to get my order wrong no matter who is at the register or who is making the drinks. If you plan on making modifications don’t come to this location. They don’t listen it’s like the mindless make your drink how it is on the menu because they’re used to that specific way that if you ask for substitution you’re speaking a foreign language. Thank God I don’t have an allergy because the for sure would have killed me.

I understand shit happens, but when making people food/​drinks I think it’s necessary to wear more than just a hat. Bummed and utterly grossed out to have finished my whole drink before noticing an inch long black hair in it. :(

Ok so I go here all of the time. This morning I went around 10:45 am and ordered two strawberry wild and a waffle. The guy making the drinks just served me the best strawberry wild I have ever have and i order that drink two to three times a week.

I’m not feeling well today. Drove 10 minutes to get a green juice. I ordered and try to pay with a $ 50 bill that’s all I had. They have no notice saying they don’t except big bills. Didn’t even try to check it! It’s not like it’s $ 100 bill. I am so upset I will never come here.

Went into jamba juice last night with my boyfriend and our dogs. The girls at the counter were super friendly, very helpful with the drink menu and even offered our dogs a bowl of water. I really appreciated that.

Great drinks made correctly every time. Customer service could be better such as putting on more smiles and being more enthusiastic about work. But at the end of the day, I got my smoothie and I love it! Also great location, easy parking every time. Apple pay and Android pay accepted.

Amazing store. Great staff and they know the secret menu. My only complaint is that Unilocal says they open at 6 and it’s really 6:30

I ordered one of the new almond milk smoothies with peanut butter in it. Did NOT like it. I told them so and politely asked to get a different smoothie. They did it immediately and with no problems at all! Great customer service.

Odred a large Razzmatazz with 3G and the Sausage and Turkey wrap. Fast service and smelled fresh as soon as you walk thru the door. Friendly staff also :)

They just added a Jamba insider point system which really made it earn these 4 stars! It’s free to join and now you’re rewarded for return visits! Yay! I get their yogurt bowls because it’s good for my heart! And also this is practically a sweets shop… Let’s be real. I can get a peanut butter chocolate smoothie! But I didn’t this time. This location is great, the staff is friendly and there’s always parking and places to sit. YES there is even outside seating! Sometimes I think they are a bit too pricey, I always feel a bit like a spent a lot for a little. If you want yummy smoothies come here! If you’re trying to avoid sugar… Maybe think twice!

They make a good Acai energy bowl… hightly recommend it after a hard workout with extra coconut shaving…:) enjoy!

A couple times I got here around 8:50, and they’re already closed. Also, once one of the workers ran to the door to lock it before I walked up, so I just went to Starbucks. So RUDE.
Fck this place, that’s why they get no customers and no tips!
Going to the Jamba on Balboa/​Nordhoff, they’re always nice.

Come here quite often!
I often order drinks off of the «secret menu» and this is one if the only locations where I don’t get hassled for doing so.

I really like this location. Been here a few times but didn’t get a chance to review it yet. The customer service here is always great. Employees are so nice and always greet you when they get the chance. Gets a bit busy sometimes. You should sign up for there emails if you haven’t already. Sometimes they send out coupons/​discounts.

I went here this morning specifically to get a chunky strawberry bowl. It’s too bad that they were out of peanut butter and bananas, two key ingredients in the bowl. Not sure how an establishment that only sells few fruit and veggie based items with granola and/​or peanut butter runs out… (There are several grocery-​type stores in close proximity where they could buy them).
After I had to substitute on the bowl (whey protein for peanut butter and pineapples for banana), I waited about 20 minutes for that & the fresh juice I ordered. At this point they also told me they were out of the flatbreads I ordered and that they could thaw some out. I decided it wasn’t worth waiting 40 minutes for the quick breakfast I was hoping to have before my trip… Total disappointment.
They didn’t even give me a voucher to come in for a free smoothie. Annoying. Terrible customer service. So slow. Boo

Came back to this Jamba Juice a few weeks ago thinking I should be open minded and give the franchise another chance. Ordered Chunky Strawberry and low and behold, there was a huge hair buried in my yogurt. Good thing I dug my spoon in deep and saw it before I took my first bite. I got a refund and vowed never to visit this Jamba Juice or maybe any Jamba ever again…
