Great store and employees. A very nice sales associate named Yesinia went out of her way to find an item. Very friendly and helpful. Will shop at this store more often.

There are usually very few employees working here at one time, but they always make an effort to help you out despite how busy they are. The only thing that sucks about this is when you have to wait for them to ring you up or get you a fitting room because they might be helping out a different customer at that time.
They have a lot of sale items, but they are fairly pricey. If you spend some time looking through things though, you can usually find some pretty good items.
The men’s clothing is located right next to the women’s clothing, but has a bit of separation.

Decided to go on a shopping binge and purchased a ton of clothing at Gap in Santa Monica only to get home and find 2⁄3 of the garments still had the security sensor attached to it. Ahhhh. I Finally had some time on my hands and went to Northridge GAP to get the sensors removed and the obtuse manager acted as if she was doing me a favor. «Hey lady, if your doltish employees did their job, you wouldn’t have to deal with such run-​of-​the-​mill tasks!» Who hires these zombies??? I BLAME CORPORATE!

I am impressed. This Gap is looking good. Looks like they have moved things around. It’s been awhile since I’ve shopped at this location. Definately much bigger than the one on Topanga.

Great looking clothes for kids that might be pricey but not as pricey as some.
I got a really nice dress for my toddler a couple of years ago and my friend thought it was designer. Hahaha!!! It was the pattern on the dress.

I don’t know if it was just that day, but this location has the worst service. I asked a question about jeans, the girl just stared at me. I couldn’t get someone to help me with a fitting room, so I just went in… I got walked in on by the staff… You can clearly see feet underneath the door. Went over to gap body, was gonna ask about their shirts… There were no employees on the floor. Sweet.
