Hold up, are these reviews serious? Every single time I come into this shop I’m not even greeted. I’d much rather shop online or at other stores because their customer service is THE WORST. Sorry, the clothes are super cute too, so it sucks to be treated badly and ignored when I’m trying to get into a fitting room.
On another note, if they train their workers to purposely be douchebags… I guess they’re on point.
Ever few months I give it a try and for the past 2 years or so I’m always let down. I’ve always been a social, happy person so it sucks that these workers make me feel unwanted.
If you’re reading this and you’re the dude with the big hair, you should smile more and be nicer :)

Boarders have the best selections of skateboards, wheels, trucks, etc. Their apparel section is awesome compared to other shops in the mall.

After an initial visit to return an item purchased at the Arcadia location, an item that needed to be swapped for something smaller, that didn’t go well, I made some phone calls. I went back after being assured I’d be helped and they were just that. Very helpful. They want to be there for the customer, they just need a little help. After a learning experience with me where I wouldn’t even gave given them 1 star, I’m a satisfied customer and moved to 4 star. They have cool stuff for most Boarders.

I walked into boarders when it first opened I saw shoes I really wanted, clothes that just got released I wanted to but something but there was nobody who said hi or what’s up it’s like it was a store with no one working there so I put down all the things I wanted to buy and left that store first and last time in there. Basically horrible customer service

This place doesn’t give a damn about the customer. Even though that should be their number one priority. Without customers this place is just a building with overpriced clothing and douches running around. Get it? Comprende? Understand? Of course you don’t. Can’t run a successful business with these clueless punks working for you. Shop at zumies or active instead. These places actually give a f@$k.
