My daughter came home with a birthday present bracelet purchased at Pandora in Northbrook Courtl. My daughter does not wear jewelry. When going to return it to get everything we were told you have to have the original receipt! I said how could we have that without telling the gift giver that we want the original receipt because she didn’t like your gift? I said to the sales lady are you really telling people to tell the original gift giver we don’t like your gift please give us the original receipt. Then when going to another Pandora after deciding what to do my wife thought she would get a store credit and use it later. She went to the store in Hawthorn mall just to use the store credit and was told we are individually owned you can’t bring merchandise from one Pandora back to another. Tip, if you’re buying a gift for anyone never go to Pandora unless you want to give the original receipt with the gift in case they need to return it. This is the dumbest rule I have ever seen I would never shop there and for the metal in 10 you’re getting it is way overpriced! Too many other stores to shop at with realistic return policies. Maybe they should put a big sign in front of the store St all sales are final without original receipt.

Pandora makes well crafted jewelry with whimsical, fun, nostalgic, and sentimental themes making it ideal for gift giving and collecting. They are most known for their charms and charm bracelets that when loaded up with some of the more pricy charms could be cumulatively be very valuable. My friend has one such bracelet that has several of the 2 and 3 hundred dollar charms on it, it looks fun and there’s some dog and cats ones tacked on. There’s also some affordable options for bracelets, charms, and other pieces. Shopping I was delighted to see Pandora had the things mentioned and some other items like delicate and stackable rings. The store is very clean and the staff is so very professional and friendly. The customer service blew me away.
