I bought my new appliances ahead of time while waiting for my new home to be built and with all the delays typical of new construction, Eddy and his team were there for me storing all the boxes in their warehouse for free. And when the day arrived, everything was delivered and installed quickly, professionally and with a smile.
For me Brown Appliances is synonymous to great customer service, fair price and understanding local community needs. Will definitely buy again.
Update 04/​21/​2016:
Had a small leak from the fridge. Called Eddy. Less than 60 min he was here with his team, fixed the issue in a jiffy (was a really minor one).

Fantastic timely service! Great friendly staff we can highly recommend Brown’s TV & Appliance for Great Consistent and Timely Service and anyone looking to purchase TV or Appliances or have a TV mounted or service in Northborough, Westborough, Marlborough, Shrewsbury. The Installers showed us exactly how to make adjustments to the bracket ourselves and was extremely friendly and conversational. They also carried additional equipment (longer HDMI cables) we ended up needing. They were also careful to use bags and tape to catch all of the debris from drilling. Very happy thank you.

Competitive prices and terrific service. They give you personal attention unlike the big box stores.
We bought a washing machine here. They helped with the selection process steering us to the most reliable unit. The installation process was perfect despite a few challenges.

I started a project to remodel my kitchen back in January and replaced all of my kitchen appliances. Everyone told me to go to Hudson Appliance for the best deals, but I preferred to stay local and go for excellent service. I don’t know a lot about the service from Hudson Appliance but I am familiar with the quality service that I get from Brown’s TV & Appliance.
Not only did Brown’s TV & Appliance beat the quote I received from Hudson Appliance, but they also provided the exceptional service I had come to expect. Eddy was so helpful in ordering the appliances I wanted and identifying all the rebates I qualified for. Brown’s stored my appliances for almost 2 months until my kitchen was ready to have them delivered and installed. Eddy and Chris were very helpful with a couple of installation challenges.
I wish the rest of my kitchen remodel went as smoothly as the appliance delivery and installation.

If you are tired of the big box stores with all their gimmicks, go to this locally owned shop where the family has owned the business for many years. No con games. Very competitive prices, and great services. They are my new source for all my appliances. I don’t even bother with Lowe’s or BestBuy.
