Warm, excellent service. I walked in with a banjo with a bridge that had slipped out from the strings, and the kind guys at Birdhouse put it back and tuned my banjo beautifully in about two minutes, and didn’t ask for a cent. I’ll be back when it’s time to buy a guitar.

The best guitar shop I have experienced. Great hospitality, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful instruments.
At first glance, I thought the asking prices seemed high. After playing half a dozen of the instruments on display, I realized that each one had been re-​strung and set up before going out on the floor. I think at least $ 100 in labor goes into each instrument before it gets put out, making any of these guitars an incredible value. Even the beat up 90’s Mexican strat felt incredible. Perfect intonation, and not only were the strings fresh, they were the right strings for the neck. If you live within an hour’s drive this should be your shop.
