They lied about being able to get a stain-​out and still charged me for the cleaning, even though they guaranteed they could get the stain out. (I told them if they didn’t think they could get the stain out that I wouldn’t leave it. They scammed us to leave it to get our money. It is in credit card dispute now.) Since then, I have heard from neighbors that they have ruined Ugg boots, and window treatments. I have no problem with establishments trying, but I do have a problem with establishments lying and stealing. Customer service is clearly NOT their goal. Shame on them.

Pure Cleaners does a great job for tailoring and dry cleaning. I think the price is fair, for how good of a job they do on alterations. Always very friendly!
