Favorite place! So underestimated! You can always trust these stylists. Pam is my favorite– she can tackle any photo you show her and she’s a perfectionist, making it exactly how you envisioned. She has cut my hair multiple times and amazed me with balayage highlights! And she knows all the classic cuts as well as any new trends! I recommend her to all my friends.
And if you don’t get Pam, don’t worry! I’ve heard great things about Heather and others, too!

Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I did not schedule an appointment, so I understood that there might be a wait. However, after being told I would only need to wait for 20 minutes, I ended up waiting for over an hour, just to be told that they wouldn’t have time to take me. I could either wait even longer than I already had for a different stylist, or come back another day. Complete waste of time.

I really liked this location! I came at 5pm and expected the after-​work rush, but there wasn’t a wait and I got to a seat in 5 minutes without an appointment.
I just came for a simple wash and cut, but my stylist made it seem much more fancy than it was. She was extremely careful with everything and took her time to make sure my cut was just how I wanted it and symmetrical. The blow dry was great and also very carefully done. I appreciated the attention to detail and will definitely come to this location again.
