I am so unhappy and disappointed with this eye doctor. I went in for a yearly eye exam in December. They told me my current contact lenses are being discontinued, so I said that is fine, I will use anything that works and that they recommend. We finally found something that would work. I asked for my prescription to order, the sent me a prescription for entirely the wrong thing. I called again, they said they would fix it, they did not. I called again, they again said they would fix it and sent me a prescription AGAIN for the completely wrong thing. They now will just hang up on me when I call. I paid for my service and cannot get a new prescription without having to pay out of pocked for an entirely new exam with another optometrist. I will never go there again.
