Went to eat dinner tonite with the family and there were only a few people at the bar but there was no hostess there to seat us. We waited for about 5 minutes or so and then the bartender came and seated us. She was also our waitress, her name is Melissa and was very nice. Great server, prompt, great with the kids, very personable. She was the best part of our visit. I ordered the unlimited soup and salad and the enchilada soup came out room temperature. That’s unacceptable. I work in the food service industry and you do not put the soup in the bowl until it’s ready to be served. It tasted like it sat out for about 20 minutes. The side salad was a really decent size. Probably the biggest side salad I’ve ever had. Portions are good. I also tried the loaded baked potato soup and all it tasted like was cheese. I wasn’t impressed with the food but the service was good. The only reason we came in was because we had gotten a gift card.

the one bartender girl(red hair, I believe) is trash and needs to be fired. Friendly, she is not, she is utter trash. she has no idea of customer service.

Very very slow service — my food took almost 30 minutes to come out and then it was cold. I sat at the bar and the bartender was more concerned with her friends than taking care of her guests. HORRIBLE!!!

Clean restaurant, our table was nice and clean as well. Great service, our server was Tony who we had once before and who remembered us on this visit. Drinks came fast and refills were brought without asking. We started with the Texas fries and these were amazing, hot crisp fries, plentiful cheese, green onion sprinkled liberally and bacon crumbled on top. Two sides of ranch dressing for dipping were included and that was just the right amount for a full order. We had the fajitas, mine were all shrimp and the other was the chicken and beef combo. The fajitas toppings tower was good looking on the table, the ingredients were nice and fresh and there was sufficient toppings for our fajitas. The shrimp was done nicely, not overdone and with a little chili spice. The chicken and beef was enjoyed as well, devoid of fatty bits made for nice fajitas. The sizzling presentation is mouthwatering. The ‘re was a nice ratio of meat to green peppers/onions and this sizzling dish was more than enough for the tortillas you receive. There were 3 tortillas per diner and these were the only thing lacking in this meal. They do come covered in a holder and they came out with the toppings so they say for just a few minutes before the sizzling dish came out. They had already cooled and started to harden on the edges a little, still edible so we didn’t have then replaced but something to note for later, to ask for the tortillas to follow the meat dish and also to request an extra tortilla per dinner. We didn’t opt for dessert, that’s the one place that Chili’s really lacks is better dessert menu, a small simple sundae would be a nice addition. I find their standard desserts too rich. We visit Chili’s a couple of times a month and love the free appetizer with meal coupon we get via email. This is the best casual dining value out there.

I come to this Chilies all the time but today was the first time I was unhappy. We ordered the new smoked wings but received regular wings. My son ordered chicken nuggets with salad but he received chicken fingers and fries. I’m not one to complain or send food back, but I expect my order to be correct. Still giving 3 stars because I’m normally very happy when I leave!

I arrived a little after 6 pmon a Monday for take out, the place was not crowded. I ordered the full rack of classic ribs, the signature item, as take away. It took 25 minutes. I gave the order at 6:10 and got into my car for the first time at 6:35. They had given me two boxes, which seemed odd, so I looked inside. There were no potatoes wedges and just a yellowing thing in foil. I went back inside. «I think you got the order wrong.» I said. «What’s that?» showing the thing in foil. «Mashed potatoes said the bar tender/server without inflection. «and the potato wedges?» «We’re out» she said without inflection again. «I’m allergic to garlic» only then did she ask if I’d like fries. So they are making substitutions without asking or even telling or apologizing to clients. Beyond that the ribs were not very good being cold, left waiting too long?) and tasting more like pork with tomato sauce on them than BBQ ribs. The last time I went to this place I had the beer flavored ribs and they were dry and over cooked, with the staff seeming more interested in talking to each other than taking orders. so they’re 0 – 2 on their signature item. Next time I want ribs I’ll get Lloyds form the supermarket. Cheaper, better and no attitude from wait staff. When I tried to report this at 8:30 on Tuesday morning to chili’s online system wouldn’t accept it just declaring a fault.. I wonder how many other bad reports they’re missing. Look back at other bad reviews here and you see a clear trend– cold food, food not matching orders and inattentive staff.

I will always prefer Chili’s over a place like Applebee’s or red robin. The food is a little bit better, the service is a little bit better, and the place is always a little bit cleaner. I typically get salads or appetizer trio when I’m here. I’ve never been disappointed.

Gotta say I was really disappointed in my visit to this Chili’s. We were seated right away, which was about the only bright spot of the meal. My son wanted to order one of the specialty drinks on the kids menu, but was told they no longer sell the one he asked for, but he would still order the blue one if he wanted. About 10 minutes later, our waiter comes back and says they no longer sell any of those specialty drinks, so he would have to pick something else. My Dad and I shared the $ 20 meal for 2 and picked the fried cheese as our appetizer. Hey guess what? Turns out they don’t sell that anymore either! I just looked at our waiter and said«So is there anything on this menu that you do still make?» Our waiter was simply not good. It wasn’t his fault that items on the menu are no longer available, but it was his fault that I continually had to ask for refills and I was frustrated that we tried to flag him down several times only to be ignored. On top of that, the food was generally not good. My Mom had the shrimp tacos and there was so much pico de gallo sauce on it, that it was hard for her to eat and the tortilla just became soggy. I did not care for the taste of my bacon chicken quesadilla – several pieces had little in it and the tortilla was too crisp for my liking. Haven’t really enjoyed my last couple of visits to Chili’s(not all at this location), but this last visit may simply end up being my last.

Another delicious dinner at Chilis! I don’t live close to Chilis, so it’s rare I actually eat there. For a Tuesday night it was pretty quiet with no wait. A waitress immediately came up to get our drinks, and she was extremely friendly and nice! When she came to take our orders, she told me that the veggie burger was on recall and I couldn’t order it(I’m a vegetarian) but she have me tons of suggestions and tips on what to order without meat! I definitely gave her a fat tip, and I’ll definitely be back!

Love love love Chilis. Go to a lot of Chilis and this one the service is horrible. It has to start with management because we come it almost weekly and it’s consistently bad service. However they do get the food right for the most part.

Stopped in at 11:55 for lunch today. Nobody at the host stand, so we stood there waiting. No staff visible in either the bar or the dining room. After a few minutes a young guy appeared and seated us. We sat, looked over the menus and waited. And waited. More tables were seated. And we waited. After 15 minutes, nobody even came to take our drink order, so we left. On our way out, we did see one waitress taking drink orders for several large tables who were already seated when we came in. One waitress for Sunday lunch? I feel bad for her. Poor management. Can’t comment on the food because we never got any.

Why do I keep coming to this place? Everything about this place is awful. Tonight we got the«Chili’s ToGo». The girl on the phone left me on hold for at least 5 minutes while I waited for a total. When we got there, the food wasn’t ready, even tho when I walked in the ToGo door, I could see my food being put into the containers. I waited another 10 minutes. In that time I saw a waitress kissing a man sitting at the bar, and then bring him his food, whilst all the other servers were standing around looking at menus. Finally get the food home, and big surprise, it’s cold(probably from sitting waiting while all the servers were doing nothing). We ordered the 2 for $ 20, got the Texas cheese fries, no jalapeño, guess what, covered in jalapeños and maybe, maybe two pieces of bacon. My bacon chicken quesadillas were dry and bland and yuck. I also got a cup of chicken enchilada soup, it was maybe one inch of soup, and then another 1 – 2 inches of disgusting cheese and chips. This isn’t the first time I’ve been utterly disappointed with this place, but this will be the last time. I’m done with this mess.

YUCK, YUCK, YUCK! Did I mention yuck? This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in. There were four of us. All entrees were, to some degree, inedible. Two had burgers, that were okay. Another had flatbread pizza. For $ 10 – 11 an entrée, you think they would not serve you cardboard, barely covered with toppings. I swore the flatbread pizza was frozen from a box and heated in a toaster oven. Absolutely tasteless, dry, like cardboard. Chicken fingers were breaded like chicken mcnuggets from McDonalds and over fried and dried, The fries all tasted like they were fried in old, burned up oil. Absolutely the worst meal I have ever eaten. Won’t be back. I guess the fact that it barely had anyone in there at 6:00 on a Saturday night in a busy town, is a good indication it stinks. Not kidding… save your money. We flushed $ 70 down the toilet that night, and left still hungry. None of us finished our entrees, or took them to go. The only redeeming quality was the service. But the place was as dirty as a subway station. Yuck again. That is all… you have been warned. If you eat there, remember I told you so :). It’s a real ZERO.

I love this chill’s. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Most of the time when I’m here I get the 2 for $ 20 deal and portions sizes are just right. Sundays are their less busy days and their alcohol beverage are AMAZING. The 2 for $ 35 deal is good with the awesome drinks

This single Chili’s experience has me sworn off ever visiting another. The appetizers(chicken flat bread) was awesome. The dessert(chocolate chip cookie) very yummy. The problem was the main course. The fajita trio was terrible and without equal. The steak was inedible and the shrimp just gross. If you received those dishes separately you’d have sent them back. Hiding their flavor in a fajita was no excuse for just how poorly seasoned and cooked they were. I ate 2 fajitas and doggy bagged the rest… I don’t think I’ll be giving them to my dogs, they deserve better. Without a single smirk I am going to say that I’ve had better Mexican food at Taco Bell. I never stopped and said«this is gross, I’m not eating this» at Taco Bell, why in the hell did it happen at a Chili’s? Seriously… you guys messed up a fajita to the point I ate a grand total of 5 bites before pushing my plate away.

I love this chili’s! The food and service is always great! Shares a parking lot with a hotel, is directly across from the Montgomery Mall, and is surrounded by two large shopping centers. Great place for out of towners! The turkey burger is awesome!
