Nt Nails

My first time here was 4 stars a year ago but that was probably generous. This time it’s 2 stars. My gel manicure is sloppy and not shaped well. The manicurist filed my nails with a coarse file and never went back with a fine one. He also didn’t clean under my nails or use a cuticle oil. The polish is uneven at the base and is on my cuticles in some spots. Not worth $ 25.

I just came from my first pedicure at NT Nails. I went here as I had a gift certificate. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. My technician said her name was «Jenny». The pedicure cost was $ 25, which is average. She offered several other packages that included hot wrap, etc for an additional fee. As my main concern was to remove dead skin and minimal calluses on my heels, I opted for the basic pedicure. She immediately seemed irritated that I did not want to spend the additional fee and proceeded abruptly to say the least. After a very, very quick brush with the pumice, barely touching my heels, I inspected my heel to see the dead skin still there. Jenny then told me that if I had one of the other packages that would be taken care of! She spent more time massaging lotion into my calf than touching my feet! Would not recommend this salon.
