Customer since 2008. When it was found that the previous owner of our home dismantled the heating system rather than repair it per sale agreement, Texas Air Doctors saved our bacon! We replaced the entire HVAC system down to the ducting, insulation and even the concrete pad under the outside unit (house built in 1939, needed some attention). This was extensive work and not only did they work conscientiously within our home, but they even cleaned out the volkswagon-​sized pile of junk the previous owner left in the attic! TAD returned numerous times to verify that the system worked as it should at no cost, they did this to assure us that what we purchased was top notch and working properly. With the Mustang Club, they unfailingly do a tune up twice per year and have answered several service calls without a charge — just as they promised (service calls turned out to be our power, not the fault of TAD’s work or product). Did I think it was expensive? Yes. Do I think they are worth it? Absolutely. Just like in my line of work, you pay for quality and good people. I’m happy to send in my Mustang payment each month, and when I move, TAD will be the one I trust to evaluate the HVAC system and do *any* work on the new place.

Did not have a good experience with this company at all. Extremely over priced. Will not use again. Had a minor repair done and was charged almost double of what I found out later other AC service companies charge for the same repair.

We are very pleased with the work of TX Air Doctors! Efficient, knowledgable, and reasonably priced.

James L was my service technician for a spring maintenance check up on our HVAC system. He did an excellent job. He was informative, professional, and courteous. I would definitely hire this company again, and plan to do so when we move to our new house.
