My experience with ESP has been excellent. ESP replaced two new Carrier systems for my mom last year. They have the best deal for Carrier system (after comparing 5 – 6 quotes). They also registered the product for her.
This year, they improved some duct work for me. The work was also done perfectly. I had some other issues with my furnace before. They went extra mile to make sure I don’t pay for parts that are still under warranty. I will continue to hire ESP for their honesty and workmanship.

These people are price gouging. 95 bucks for a service fee even when fuel prices are at 1.79
They will quickly overcharge on the parts as well so your bill ends up averaging 350 to 400 bucks. Americans stealing you blindly.

I’m only giving them one star because I can’t give them 0. I’m under warranty and two years ago my blower in the ac unit broke after just one year in a new build. They replaced it. Two years later the same part broke and they charged me more than they quoted. In fact, they try to make me pay double for a service call because they «forgot» I already paid for it. When the warranty for this blower is over I will no longer have anything to do with this company again. They do not stand by their products or service.

ESP Is the biggest rip off artist I will be contacting channel 4 .
Came out to do a bi annual and look at my heat and said i needed a valve for $ 350.00 for a part that cost maybe $ 50.00.
Got a second opinion today it was just a sensor that needed cleaned.
Thank you for stealing the service fee from me.

Would just like to say, I got the service agreement with them and things have been smooth sailing. The owner of the company even called to follow up almost a year later. This company also sent me a notice last year with the required information for me to get an energy credit on my taxes for the install. Great place!
