This is no longer Pawn Plus, it’s an EZ Pawn. Ultimately terrible customer service. After 15 minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever, I decided to observe what may be the reason for such delay. Upon observation, I notice 3 cashiers, and only two customers other than myself. I couldn’t quite get why I wasn’t so much as greeted or even placed at ease with a simple, «we’ll be right with you». I decided to take my money elsewhere. Shameful.
