Literally the worst place in the world. Ask me why I keep going back, no really ask me… I HAVENOIDEA. They’ve consistently given the wrong order, I’ve had employees leave to go on break in the middle of taking my order and I once walked in and waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my order at the front and no one even acknowledged that we were there… I’m sorry… Did you not want business? You suck.

I always say«I am NEVERCOMING back!» each time that i leave here… i am writing this review to remind myself not to! They are high RUDE and have poor customer service! They take their time to greet dine in cuatomers and are SLOW beyond belief to bring your food… CHECKYOURBAGEACHTIME because most likely something is wrong and they are banking that you wont come back! This place sucks i wish we had a Burger King!

This location carries all the menu items found everywhere else. One big difference, the cost is VERYHIGH. A $ 9 combo I can get at THREE other Carls Jr’s within a 2 mile radius costs $ 12 at this rip-off location. Maybe the taxes are higher in NoHo, maybe this location simply specializes in ripping us off. I asked the worker why? What’s the deal with the OVERCHARGING. Hey, corporate management, please note that this franchised location is overcharging. The worker who took my money gladly had NOIDEA why it costs more at that one location. Beware, you will get ripped off here. Go to any of the other close by Carls Jr’s and don’t go here.

A DUMP, if I could give a negative 5 stars I would… and thats the nicest thing i could come up with!!! Came in for breakfast… there was no coffee made the wait would be 10 mins… my question is why wasnt she making it before we walked in… she was just standing around! So we just got water cups… no ice and the water tasted like dirt. Ordered burritos went and asked for salsa or hot sauce… they couldn’t find it at first then said they were out! The upholstery on the benches was all ripped and taped with red duct tape… I dont think they mopped in a week let alone swept! Two guys who were hangin in the corner were drinkin tall cans!!! This place should be demolished…

Seriously. Dude screwed up my order & the milkshake they gave me was so watery. It was almost completely melted. Every time I come to this Carl’s jr something goes wrong. You’ve run out of chances Carl’s jr.

I have been coming to this Carl’s Jr. for over 20years. The customer service has taken a downfall within the past couple of years as well as their facilities apperance. Their customer service is the WORST, Yazmin is straight RUDE, her attitude needs an adjustment, that’s probably why her staff(Nadia) follows her ways & bad customer service. Everytime, I have came here within the past couple of years it has been an issue from missing stuff from my order, to getting the wrong order, cold food, no condiments, homeless people, to the WORST drug addicts in the dinning area shooting up drugs in broad day light while we’re trying to eat.***WTF*** Its just gone down hill real fast, they need to get a REAL manager in there to CLEANITUP, someone who actually cares about the place and the paying customers that keep it in business! I called the DM# on the receipt only to leave a voicemail, didn’t get a call back so called back the next day, the man advised he’s not the DM for that store anymore and had the DM for that location(Israel) would call me, which he did. I expressed my complaint, advised him to have his staff properly trained for customer service as none of them have any customer service skills or manerly etiquette. and to have the place cleaned up! He extended his apologies, offered to replace my entire meal free of charge and assured me they will be spoken to and try to be in that location more often. In any event I hope all this actually takes place. As I did not appreciate being spoken to like I was by Nadia as Yasmin passed the buck as she didn’t want to deal with something so minor. food for thought… GETSOMETRAININGLADIES&GETYOURACTTOGETHER! you have a job, be thankful your STILL employed!!!

I miss there 99 cents kids meals on Sundays they should really bring those back! This location always has a lot of homeless people hanging around outside and inside sitting in the back but I’ve never seen them bother anyone so oh well no harm done but I was just thinking that the manager really wouldn’t want that look for there restaurant. The times that I have came here staff was always nice.

So it was a little bit late so maybe this os why or maybe its because her career was to work at carls but I feel like I over paid and waited like 30 minutes in line and another 30 for the food and then we got the bag got home and were missing an onion ring and one of our burgers so I mean this will be why I dont go back to a carls jr from now on

Just had my first experience with Carl’s Jr. I don’t even want to give it the 1 star. The onion rings were burnt and falling apart. Glad I didn’t get anything else. This will be my last time at Carl’s Jr.

the worst service in life !!! non english speaking slow unprofessional service! drive thru 24 hours is a lie. they take over 5 minutes to answer you if they chose to! i came three times in a row & this continues to happen !!! i am contacting corporate !!! worst service on the planet !!!

Yazmin really bad customer service. I ordered through the drive thru and my order was wrong when i opened to check my burger. She closed the window and i waited and she came again i let her know my order was incorrect she rolled her eyes and said ughh and left. Bad customer service even though it wasnt your fault couldve been nice about it.

We stop by here maybe every other week. The staff if always unusually kind, even when we’re being difficult. We’ve showed up a minute to close and they still let us in the lobby(which is a major kindness since we walked and couldn’t go through the drive thru). They’ve altered coupons for us to give us great deals. They’ve let us know about unadvertised promos. They’re just always so kind even when you know they don’t want to be.

I really Like this location. Customer service was great. The only things I did not like is how far the speaker is from your car and the same with the window. I pulled up as close as I can, and still had to take my seatbelt off to grab the food and drinks.

Indian girl Jantu refused service to me And my black friends. We asked her why and she closed the doors. I asked her for the manager and she said there wasn’t a manager. How can she be the only employee working that type of the night? Either she is lying or robbing the place

I use to be a big fan of Carl’s Jr but now I gag every time someone even mentions it. Now this particular location has been known to give cold burgers. The drive thru which isn’t even busy can sometimes take long. We use to joke about how they’re still trying to catch the chicken for my sandwich. Anyways there have been lots of homeless people hanging inside and out of the place. I believe this is driving the customers away. Now the food. How hard is it to put together two pieces of bread some lettuce and the chicken patty. They can’t even do that properly. They always forget to give me my ketchup even if I ask five times. They have«great» customer service. I mean listening to customers is so old fashion. lol

The BIGCOUNTRYBREAKFASTBURRITO is the best breakfast burrito, bar none. I try to limit myself to one or two a month so I won’t gain too much weight! I absolutely HATE the new burger buns; bring back the old ones! Service is pretty average for a fast food joint.
