This place is a nice nail salon. Yes, it is in a strip mall and it is small so there are not a lot of workers there. However, their prices are very reasonable and they have nice workers. They are always nice to me and talk to me. They do a great job on my nails all the time and it’s the cheapest nail salon I’ve gone to. I’m very shocked at other reviews on here that say the workers were mean and there were issues with scheduling. That has never happened to me ever, and I’ve been coming here for a while. I highly recommend this place!

NO stars for this place!!! BCZ THIS NAIL AND SPA IS THE WORST!!! I have never come across such rude and unprofessional group of ppl in a place of business. Apparently they don’t see or experience diversity in their country… or maybe being rude is part of their culture. When I being a «soft stud» lesbian woman, walked in with my very femme lesbian wife, we got the evil eye of hate from two nail techs sitting at their stations. The blatant disrespect was made very obvious by both female and male technicians. They seriously thought that by speaking in their native language while directing their eye contact toward me and my wife, we would not know that they were talking about us…(As if we did not understand their body language and casually covering of their mouths as they continued to give us the evil eye)… and not to mention that they were making thier ignorant comments as we entered the spa and sat directly across the room from where they were sitting. We instantly felt their cold, ignorant, small minded, prejudice vibes. We were in pure disbelief of how blatant they were being… so much so that it made my wife extremely uncomfortable and upset. Unfortunately, she had purchased a manicure thru groupon and already made an appointment to have her nails done for a special occasion this evening. However, after five minutes of inhaling the strong aroma of the chemicals contaminating the air in rhe small location,. …and watching the two rude technicians carrying on a conversation while giving me the evil eye of bigotry and ignorance, I casually told my wife that I would wait for her in the car. The lesson in all this is that bigotry and hate is every where… and do not trust everything on groupon. the first and last time we will make any appointment with this business. AWFUL!!! AWFUL… AWFUL!!!

Went here because they had a Groupon deal. It is located inside of a dingy strip mall so my initial impression was certainly not a warm fuzzy relaxed feeling. Inside the place looks even more dated, dirty, and depressing.
They didn’t answer my appointment request email even though when I called they knew about it and mentioned it. Then I was told I couldn’t come in at my preferred time of 4 pm, it had to be 3:30 pm. OK fine but it was a MONDAY and there was literally one other person there the entire time I was having my full set of pink and white French gel nails put on. The guy who started them disagreed with me when I told him 2 nails were uneven, and he didn’t fix them. Here’s a tip– even if you don’t agree with someone YOU STILL DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS/​ASKS FOR. Shortly after that a woman took over to finish. They came out looking nice so I left happy. However only a few days later they were chipping and a week after that they started lifting up and breaking. Won’t be going back.

I had a very nice time. The owners are husband and wife and they are very friendly! The lady took time to show me different colors I may like. The gentleman did my pedicure first and did a great job. He took his time and paid attention to details and took away my dry skin. It was a clean, relaxing place. I like that i didn’t have two or three girls talking and giggling the whole time. That makes me uncomfortable especially when I don’t know what they are saying. Four seasons is definitely the best in north haven
