Food is wonderful, spices are perfect and the manager is very friendly and personable. Have not found a single thing here I don’t like.

I was in the area for training and this was within walking distance. I went only once during my 4.5 day stay and was pleasantly surprised. Going with the trend of customizable plates à la Chipotle, you can select different bases(salad, wraps, rice bowl, etc.) and add whatever toppings you want. I’ve had an obsession with falafel over the past couple months so I went with a falafel salad and added some add-ons(feta, olives, pickled onions) and some sauces(vinaigrette, garlic sauce and a bit of tahini.) The flavors were all good and I liked their falafel once I got past the face that it was so soft on the inside(I’m used to drier falafel). Service was fast and there’s plenty of seating to eat in. Solid 4⁄5.

So, I now know why this place was given such low ratings. After eating here regularly over the course of the past few months, I’ve had no choice but drop this place a star. The food has been steadily going down hill along with the service. Sad to see it declining like this. Until they get it together, I won’t be back.

Came here to grab a quick lunch and the place was empty and I waited 5 minutes before I had to yell into the kitchen for someone to come out and take my order. The employee who helped me wasn’t rude at all. The food is mediocre at best. I guess bc of how slow they were the food didn’t taste fresh at all bc it’s been sitting on the hot table all day. I won’t come back here unless it’s my last resort for lunch in pike & rose(I live next door) or unless they’re packed… so at least I know the food will be more fresh with the amount of orders they’d have to fulfill.

Had lunch there today with two friends to celebrate a late birthday. Food was prepared fresh, and staff were very accommodating, even took a group picture for us! Thanks!

Food looks good and large portions but lacked the flavor. I really wanted it to be good but just wasn’t for me sorry :(

I’ve lived in this country for 20 years and I must say that I’d never had a terrible restaurant experience until today that I decided to go to this place. I came for lunch and there were two employees arguing with each other with out any regard for the customers. They took 20′ making our food while we stood in line, so by the time they we paid at the cashier register, half of the food was could. Save yourself a headache and don’t go there.

Came here and the cashier was extremely rude. He refused to serve us while we we were in line because he was busy counting money… We reached out to corporate and they refused to believe us. This place is horrible and i hope it goes bankrupt. Save yourself some sanity and go to shophouse Horrible company, horrible customer service!!! Do not eat here

I was mislead because the information noted for this business in Unilocal had me thinking they deliver. I placed an online order only to find out that it was for a pick up. When I called the place I was told that delivery was only for catering. I don’t know where to put this but I think the reader should know in case they think this place will deliver regular orders.

Went there to grab quick lunch. Got Falafal Sandwich with Pita wheat bread. Taste is good not great. Quantity is little less. Even after the whole sandwich, I was still hungry. Had to grab something later in like 30 minutes. But if you are not super hungry, this place is good to try out. Not sure if I’ll visit too often when you have other awesome places like &pizza and Shophouse Asian Kitchen adjacent to it. Update — I went again and this time I tried out the Lafa wrap, this one has good amount of stuffings with more Falafal and this time the quantity was enough for Lunch. My take — If you are more hungry, go for Lafa wrap instead of Pita bread.

Ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and was told they were out of cheese. Ordered the kids chicken and rice plate that is advertised to come with seasonal fruit and was told that this location doesn’t do fruit. Then why do you have it on the large posted menu??? Needless to say the kids left hungry! :(

Roti is delicious. I have only ever tried the steak and the salmon. The steak is flavorful, but not too tender. I would highly recommend the salmon. It comes on a skewer with a little grilled piece of lemon on the end. The heat makes the lemon extra juicy! I love all the vegetable options. I always leave with a meal full of vegetables – I start with the mixed greens since I usually get a salad, and then they have a variety of vegetable topping options. They also have smooth delicious hummus and freshly-baked pitas. The olives and feta are a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch or dinner on the fresh and healthy side.

Soda machine broke, no rice ready, no bread ready, the unfinished style ceiling creates a very echoey and noisy interior, understaffed. Won’t be back to this location.

Average for a fast food plastic ware eatery. It was not what I expected for Gyros type of food. Hummus and Falafal were lacking in taste.

Oh Roti, you’re delicious. This new location is still settling in and getting it together, but I’ve always left here with a delicious and healthy meal. At this point, I’ve tried about everything except the salmon(not a huge fan of fish). I generally stick with a salad and highly recommend the Roti chicken to the kabob chicken, as it’s way more flavorful. The hummus is really good and their to-go container of Spicy Feta hummus is addicting! Folks behind the counter are super nice and wicked patient, especially when new customers are in line and have no clue what couscous is, and if the toppings are warm or cold. However, when it is busy they get a bit overwhelmed because there’s never more than two or three folks working. The space inside is super clean and feels shiny new. Tables outside are a nice touch, as well. They have a rewards app, which gets you points for free food with each purchase(they’ll be going pay-by-app in a month) and it’s a great incentive to come back and get more falafel! Enjoy! :)

Really nice change of pace. Upstairs and small outdoor seating. I’d eat here again #foodie
